For fans of the hilarious Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, here comes the eighth novel in the New York Times bestselling series Big Nate.
BIG NATE IS BLASTING OFF!
Nate has a crush on Ruby. But after his scrap with Randy Betancourt makes headlines in the Weekly Bugle, he's got a problem WAY worse than detention! Can Nate bounce back? And will the annual Mud Bowl be a blast . . . or a bust?
Meet BIG NATE, P.S. 38's coolest doodler and definitely NOT the teacher's pet.
This Big Nate activity book is bursting with exclusive activities. Includes mazes, sudoku, crossword puzzles, doodle games, comics, secrets codes, and much more!
Nate may not be Joe Honor Roll, but he knows he's meant for big fun. He's always up for scribbling games, jokes, laughs, and creating comics. And now you can join him!
There is plenty of space for kids to get creative, and all the favorite characters from Nate's New York Times bestselling world are included—the know-it-all Gina; Nate's best buddies, Francis and Teddy; his rival, Artur; and his least favorite teacher, Mrs. Godfrey, aka Godzilla. Nate's world pops off the pages with more than 500 black-and-white illustrations that you get to help create.
An awesome way to guarantee 100% relief from boredom—learn to doodle, draw, and write the Big Nate way!
Diary of a Wimpy Kid author Jeff Kinney says, "Big Nate is funny, big time!"
Big Nate Boredom Buster: Super Scribbles, Cool Comix, and Lots of Laughs Reviews
-
This is not a book; it's more like Diary of a Wimpy Kid do it yourself journal. And really, it kept me from getting bored while mom got her eyebrows plucked, but that's a different story.

We have read, but are not reviewing this one. See one of our other reviews, like

i love big nate! big nate is super duper extra super cool. he is the coolest guy on earth, except for my daddy. this book has a lot of activities like super scribble. super scribbles are where you scribble and then yo make a drawing like an elephant on a skateboard.
-
this is a great book for when you have to take a kid on a long car drive. there are lots of activities. they are not overly repetitive so kids shouldn't get bored. some of them will take a good amount of time. nothing is so brain busting that it will make parents look dumb.
-
i like all the books that you read dude
-

This isn't really a story- a lot like Wimpy Kid's "Do it Yourself" book, it's a fun book with activities to do when you're bored or on a road trip.
Pretty fun for whatever the occasion is, too. -
Awesome activities! I loved it!
-
Kept me busy I don't care what others think
-
I bought this when I was in 5th grade and did all ht riddles, comics and stuff.
-
Mostly activities (word searches, codes, crosswords, lists, etc.) with a minimum of plot. Good book for Big Nate fans to take on a vacation. Don't forget a pencil and eraser.
-
I have it in my family's mini van for when we go on long boring car rides. Like to my grandma's and aunt's,that is 3 1/2 hours long.
