Well illustrated book on the first form in the WT system. The applications for the moves are explained very effectively. The principles behind the moves as well as WT in general are all explained quite well. The only problem I have is the same I have with all of Leung Ting's books and videos THE MAN IS CONCEITED BEYOND BELIEF!!!!!!!!!. He seems to have given himself the title of "Great GrandMaster. I guess as opposed to "Spectacular Grandmaster" or "Super Dooper Grand Master" Give me a break!
