    highly insipid and uninspired application of Friedman's extensive experience to the private sector. Had to pick this up after being blown away by The next 100 years and the highly prescient (written back in '94) Future of War... complete disappointment. No wonder it took me almost 3 months to finish this one. I need to fly more again
