Elisa (h) spots Braden (H), and his axe, and the pair are instantly drawn to one another. Braden and his brothers, part of the town’s revered Oakley, family are coming back to town to look after the family business. Elise worries that her quirky nature and appearance may not fit in with the Oakleys and some members of her family make that clear to her. Hot and steamy age gap quickie romance for a lumberjack and his artistic partner.

I really enjoyed the quirky moments in this, the fun moments, the support, acceptance and love too. I thought Elise and Braden were good together, I enjoyed seeing them out together and work through things. I am looking forward to seeing more of them as each of his brothers' stories are told. I enjoyed seeing the support they both got from family and friends (I do wish that I knew exactly what was said to a particular family member, but that's because I'm nosey!) I am looking forward to reading the next in this series.

I enjoyed this story and especially loved the quirky as heck h, I could completely relate to her. I love that the H supported her and encouraged her, no matter what. I hated the uncle, the jerk but loved all the other side characters. I look forward to reading the next one!

Elise is sweet woman with her own style, some might think it is too much. Braden comes from a family that is well known in town and has returned home to help his mom. He might know what those around him expect, but Braden does what he wants and will date who he wants.
This is a good quick tale, that is sweet, passionate with a beautiful heat that melting your heart and family like you want. Braden wants to show Elise she is not too much, that she is just perfect for him. There are a few bumps in the road, but they are quickly squashed.
Looking forward to the next book.

This is a sweet and steamy love story. Braden and Elise are a great couple. Braden is one of the four brothers coming home to Oakley to help preserve the forest they own. When he meets Elise while she is on break at work they start talking and within three minutes he has asked her out. This is fast paced, happy and fun and one of the best steamy romances I have read. I loved this story and am looking forward to the rest of the brothers stories. Awesomely great romantic steamy read.

Braden Oakley is back in his hometown and meets his quirky girl Elise in this instalove, small town romance. I loved the characters, the storyline, and the ending was the cherry on top. The Lumberjack's Quirky Girl is the first book and a great start to the Acorns & Oakleys series. I look forward to reading about the other Oakley brothers finding their love. So when she meets Braden one of the Oakley men she kind of hesitates if she is the right woman for the man from an affluent family. Braden sees the quirky Elise and falls head over heels instantly in love with her. Nothing and nobody can stop him from claiming his woman, even if they try🥰 Instalove, sweet, steamy, romantic and safe with a sweet HEA😍😍😍😍 and a bit of family drama😉

I really really really! Love this book, I always enjoy Haley Travis‘s books but this one just hit the right note for me. To me everything was cohesive and just gelled into such an enjoyable read. The characters were funny and charming, they were well rounded and fully fleshed out. I loved that there was low angst but it still didn’t lack drama or interest moving the story forward.

I enjoyed reading this story. I enjoyed the descriptions of her attire and her art, and their first meeting. It was sweet but not sappy. The Uncle… every family has that one person that knows every nerve to hit, he was it. I liked their ability to communicate and to have fun. Loved the ending! -
