  This is an interesting and entertaining book regardless of how much a work of fiction you decide it may be. The author maintains that there are factions within the Mossad that feel their mandate to provide "national security" supersedes policy of the politicians in power.The same could probably be said about the CIA, MI-5, RCMP or any other intelligence agency you care to mention.

  This book represents the actual story behind Victor's writing of "By way of deception". If you read
  By Way of Deception: The Making of a Mossad Officer, make sure you read this one too. It's a MUST.

  This book was equally exciting as the first book. In a way the first book was Victors genesis into the Mossad and this one is probably like his exodus, I didn't think that a book based on real events could read a bit like a fiction book. Victor must lead a very interesting life. This book does not exploit the Mossad like the first one did but rather its a book that explains how Victor and Co attempt to reform the Mossad. Hearing Victors views on the Jewish people and the Zionistic ideology is very interesting and places it and them in rather a much darker light than what they would portray themselves as. Both books are a great exploitation on the true nature the Israelite's. I do find Victors bravery to write these books quire inspiring and I think I will most probably read these books again. These two books do not correlate to fiction spy novels and I do look forward to reading Victors other books, I have a feeling those to are probably based on real events. Its a great book and is definitely worth reading, its a brilliant way in order to educate yourself, allowing one to see through smoke screens much easier.

  Interesting, but it took a long time to get into the book. It's quite poorly written if you ask me. Chronology is off & it just seems to change from one topic to the next all time., HOWEVER (SPOILER ALERT), it's crazy interesting (the last 100 pages or so) if all he claims is true, it's just incredible & quite shocking to know what the Mossad is doing all around the world (including drugstrade & trafficking). I'm quite blown away and will check out some of his other books too.

  Hard to believe the stories, considering how compartmentalized Mossad is. Interesting if you treat it as a spy novel.
