I had high hopes for this book. I bought it a few weeks after i found out I was pregnant, and it made me feel bad about being overweight before I got pregnant.
In retrospect, I had way too many books to choose from for pregnancy, and wish I had only bought one. -
Good read
I thought it was good and made me feel better about deciding the time is right to start our family. Only thing I didn't care for was after a while telling me big is beautiful got a little old. I get it I can love my body but reminding me every other page reminded me there was a reason I had to be "loving my body"
