Brooklyn is fresh out of high school and looking to get away from her past. What better way to do that than going to college out of state? The only things she planned on taking with her to the dirty south were her New York state of mind and her best friend, Anika. While in North Carolina, Anika’s neck of the woods, life changes for both Brooklyn and Anika.

When Brooklyn finds new love from a local d-boy named Knucks, she starts to pay attention to all of the negative qualities that her best friend, Anika, has always had. Being tossed into the lion’s den no one but the country savage comes to her aide when her life is hanging in the balance.

Saved by a Down South Savage

This book is fire!!! I absolutely love the dynamics between Knucks and Brooklyn. They have a love that is undeniable. While Anika tried hard to be a friend to Brooklyn, she was never a good one and couldn't keep jealously at bay. She and her brother only looked out for self. I hate that life teaches tough lessons, but they make us stronger and help us to truly love others. This book was truly amazing! I love the author. She really helps you understand life and its trials and tribulations through the eyes of her characters.

    Wow

Can't be! Crazy how you grow up with a shit show for life. Then your bestfriendenemy on bs. She tried to write her wrongs but damn. How many times did you have to cross her? Monroe punk ass could have spoken up. Its cool though. Karma will catch them all!

    Good read .

The story went very fast . I would’ve like a little bit more about Basil. Also, those Frat boys didn’t get what they deserved. The best friend was so self centered, I can’t believe the way she acted. Overall, I enjoyed the story. Just would’ve like a little bit more.

    Pure Savagery

Out the gate, this book went off with questionable relationships that a simple conversation could have resolved a lot of the malice experienced by all. This was definitely a page turner and I wish there was more but Basil is THAT MAN!!!!

I never expected things to transpire like they
did. This story took you on a journey of love, drama, jealousy and growth in many different aspects. These characters really will have you in your feelings. A very good short novella another C Wilson Banger

I wish Monroe had gotten his due. I didn't like his attitude. His sister was not a good friend. I'm she got saved and left town.

I really enjoyed this book! I know it’s a standalone but I need a little bit more. Consider one more!
