I've really enjoyed this cookalong. I'm starting to be a bit more ambitious with food and the fact that it's healthy is a plus! I particularly enjoyed the little anecdotes in this cookbook about Pip Payne's life, family members and who inspired the recipes. Food is love in my family, so this really resonates with me.
Everyone's had a look through and we've added some meals to our weekly dinners! Everything I made was tasty, easy and quick, which I love.
Thank you again for letting me take part in the cookalong. 🥘 -
I love this cookbook - so much so that I've bought another of Pip's books.
I've had fun throughout a cookalong trying different recipes and discovering some new flavour mixes. Easy, varied, and super tasty! This is definitely going to be my go to cookbook now.
My only minor criticism is that a few of the meals shown don't include the calories of adding pasta, potatoes, etc. which would make it a "full meal".
Overall, I can't shout about this enough - super simple to follow the recipes and the results are incredibly flavoursome.
*I received a complimentary copy of the book from Tandem Collective and am voluntarily leaving an honest review. -
