"If you Were a Polygon" by Marcie Aboff.
Great book!!! This book teaches kids all about polygons and what kinds of shapes polygons are. The illustrations had shapes all over. This could be a test. Before you read the words, you can ask your kids what shape they think the polygon is in the picture. This is an excellent book for an introduction to geometry. I loved all the colors and the shapes in the book. I also loved how they gave the kids a test at the end of the book to see what they learned from reading the story. Wonderful book!

I loved that this book is also a good introduction to geometry and the illustrations were fun too. I liked that it talks about how you would be if you were a polygon because it gives kids a new outlook as to what a polygon is, as well as how we see them in everyday life.
