Excellent photography. I found myself staring at the pictures for a long time, disecting the details and going back again and again. This was a very intreguing book. I loved reading about this really interesting country, its people, culture, and politics. So beautiful, I don't want to give it back to the lib!

B+ Really great info abt Burma. Not a travel book, but closer to that than an armchair travel guide. Good to help you plan where to go in Burma.

Out of date, good pictures, too much and too facile political stuff.
