David Allen does a great job of presenting the GTD and Natural Planning material in a practical and winsome way. This is the second time I've studied the material this year, but the first time with this specific material. Fresh takeaways include:

    1) Using a paper-based system can save time and work even more efficiently than entering everything in OmniFocus.

    2) Teaching the staff to use some of these principles will improve unity and efficiency. In fact, consider GTD training for all new employees.
