The Margaret Fulton crock-pot cookbook Reviews

Picked this gem up at the local market. Thoroughly impressed by how easy it is to read and understand. Margaret Fulton has added more than just recipes to this book, she gives hints on how to adapt recipes for the crockpot (including rough time conversions). I like how the version I have is adapted for Australian conversions.
Stocks, soups, stews, casseroles, roasts, desserts and more are included in this recipe book. A fairly decent range in my opinion, and recipes I would actually use.
Recipes the whole family will love!

Having a Margaret Fulton cookbook is like having an extra Mum on hand to help out in the kitchen. Her recipes are straightforward, reliable and they taste good.

This particular book is my go-to for crock pot (slow cooker) recipes. It has a wide selection of recipes and plenty of very reliable instructions on using the slow cooker to adapt or create your own recipes.

The pictures are from the days before food photography was a Thing, so the food looks very much like it does when you make it yourself (minus the 1970s burnt orange and chocolate brown tableware).

Bear in mind that this is an Australian cookbook, and as such uses Australian measures - in particular the tablespoon, which is 20mL or 4 teaspoons.
