We are at the end of the series, and it is time to choose sides...

After three months of relative peace, Alekka is about to be jolted by a seismic shift, for ambitious lords and vengeful gods have only been biding their time, choosing their allies, hiding from their enemies, deciding when to make their move. And that time is now.

In Stornas, Reinar is feeling strong, working and training with vigor, imposing his authority on those around him, though internally he is beset by fears. The threat of Alari grows each day, and though he carries himself with confidence, wanting to assure his people of their safety, Reinar knows that it is only a matter of time until the goddess makes an appearance.

Far away from Reinar, Alys is trying to turn her life around, though a terrible secret preys on her mind. She hasn’t told anyone – not even Stina – though the arrival of an unexpected visitor forces her to finally reveal what she has done.

Sigurd is lost, far in the North, where he’s been desperately trying to do what his father wanted. But to what end and at what cost? He is not alone in his journey, and though his loyal friends want to help him, he wonders how much longer they can continue to remain hidden from Alari and Eskvir and those who wish to kill them?

And in Orvala, Mirella has concealed the Sun Torc from her enemies, plotting with Eskvir, hiding their plans from Tarl Brava, knowing that as soon as its power is ignited, Alekka will never be the same again.

Wrath of the Sun is the final book in The Lords of Alekka: a gripping six-part epic fantasy series. I hope you enjoy it!

    pheeeewwww!!

Just finished this last installment of the Lords of Alekka, and I loved it! Such a wild rollercoaster ride of emotions! Ms Rayne delivers and beautifully details all of the details, turmoils of both mortals and gods. The greed and avarice of some and the enduring love and kindness of others. I frankly didn’t know if we’d get a happy ending…but it was a just one. These books a truly a saga of Love, Adventure, Troubles, Betrayals and Redemption. What more could you want?

Great finale to this series! A.E. Rayne is an epic storyteller and I adore this world she has created and written so many books about.

My only gripe with this series is how frequently there is a point of view shift. At some points it’s like every couple paragraphs there is a shift in perspective or location and it makes the book take longer to read because you have to keep reorienting yourself to a new scene.

    AE Rayne is amazing!

AE Rayne, your stories are so entertaining, and keep me on the edge of my seat! The characters are vivid with life, and hardships! You never know what mysteries lurk around every corner, or what's going to happen next. I love that in a story! Thank you so very much, for your fascinating insight into the histories and background for these amazing female lead stories! Almost all woman are stronger than they know and can survive !
