  This was a good story. I enjoyed the tale of Elena and Rafe. Rafe considered himself to be the devil. Over time he became cold and lost his emotion for life. That is until he saw Elena dance. She brought him back to life, she brought colour back into his world. He knew he was hard and cold and most considered him a monster and he would use whatever was at his disposal to get Elena to love him.

  Safe. No ow drama. h has had a creep harassing her for a few months. At first he was harmless sending her flowers and gifts even if she mostly ignored him. When she finally told him no means no he turned on her. H was there to stop anything from happening. Nothing is really mentioned about the H’s past, he is not a virgin. h is a virgin. H is drugged and kidnapped by creepy guy near the end. He ties her to a chair but H rescues her before anything can happen.

  Elena and Rafe are so sweet together. He’s the alpha to her shy, introverted self. Some secrets are kept but she doesn’t stand for it. I love that she sticks up for herself with him.

She’s about to give the performance of her life and career when her partner drops her breaking her leg. Knowing this could be the end of the career she is devastated beyond belief. But things only get worse when a man she has no interest in and who has been sending her gifts walks into to her dressing room and offers to pay her for her body, she’s trying to get him to leave when Rafe walks in, a man she has never met before and gets rid of him. There is something about this man that draws her in a way no other man ever has, but she learnt early in life that the only people that she can rely on is herself and her mum. So why is she finding refusing him so hard, could this man that radiates danger be someone who she can trust to help her? Falling in love with him is easy, but when she discovers his real identity how will she react?
  
  Rafe is not only the chief enforcer for renowned a feared mob boss but also his illegitimate son. Rafe has been tasked with reminding Hugh James that the Luciano family is not someone to cross, that’s how he had found himself at the ballet, a place he hasn’t been in a very long time. His heart had been cold and locked down for so long he’s shocked when he looks at the stage only to see a woman who thaws his heart instantly. That is until he watches her fall to the ground when her partner drops her, he knows from that very moment on that he will do whatever it takes to make her dreams reality and gets the family doctor to visit her. But the life he leads is not one that’s safe and danger is always around the corner, will Elena stay when she learns the truth of who he is and his family are and if she wants to leave will he be able to let her go?
  
  Super steamy read with every element we all want from an alpha book hero and a sweet heroine. Really loved this story and the chemistry was palpable. 4.5* read.

  Wow. I really loved this mafia romance👍 Rafe is the illegitimate son of a huge mafia boss. Now he is out on a job at a theatre where he sees Elena and is instantly obsessed 😍 He saves and cares for her and they quickly fall for each other. But enemies lurk in the shadows and threaten their HEA. But Rafe is determined to make Elena his queen😉 Instalove, age gap, sweet, romantic ,steamy and safe with a sweet HEA😍😍😍 The epilogue makes me yearn for the other stories that will hopefully feature all the other Luciano men👍

  Rafe and Elena were so great together. I loved that they both brought a different type of love to each other. He was possessive, yes, but in such a loving way. All he wanted to do was take care of her, and all she wanted was for her dreams to come true. I love Gia books. I can't wait to keep reading her books.

He knows he has to make her his. Later in the performance when Elena's partner drops he in the dance, he comes to her aid. He ends up taking her back to his house and calling the family doctor in. Rafe is thrilled to have her in his house but the next day she runs away from him.
  
  Elena's one dream has been to perform on stage for the ballet. Her mother scrimped and saved for her lessons and Elena learned that she can only rely on herself and her mother. Even when a rich man starts sending her gifts and asking her out, she turns him down. Now she is getting her big chance. Her first solo was a big success but her duet with her new male partner turns into a disaster when his nerve cause him to drop her. Elena's ankle is badly injured and she has no money for the doctor. The rich man comes in and offers to pay her for his attentions and gets too fresh. Rafe comes in and chases him away. He offers her a place to stay and his family doctor to help her out. Elena turns him down but ends up having no choice but to stay with him. When she learns that he is a member of a crime family, she runs but he won't let her get away.

  Rafael Luciano is the bastard son of notorious mafioso, Mauro Luciana. Rafe has a particular set of skills that keep him busy within the crime syndicate. While on assignment to take care of his target, he spots a beautiful ballet dancer that takes his breath away. He immediately knows that he must have her as his own. He will stop at nothing to make her love him like he loves her. Luckily his target, Hugh James, will open the door to meeting this performer.
  
  Elena Morova is a professional ballet dancer with the Morelli Company. She is a fragile young woman with only her hopes and dreams to keep her company. What happens when she injures her ankle during a performance but she doesn’t have health insurance or anyone to call and help her? Rafe sees the perfect opportunity and swoops in. He’s obsessed with her in all of the best safe-stalker ways. The development of their relationship felt natural and sweet. This is definitely an insta-love romance, but I was pleased with how well paced the relationship was.
  
  If you love alpha men that are absolutely swoon-worthy, then you will definitely love this book!

  This is part of the His Obsession series each book reads as a standalone with a sexy guy usually with issues and the feisty girls who stop them dead in their tracks. Rafe is a sexy as all get out part of the mafia who usually gets who/what he wants, his father only gives him the dirty jobs (he is the son outside of marriage) but he is okay with the job given to him, he doesn’t really like the spotlight and really do not want to have the control he is at the ballet to take out his next mark while there the most beautiful dancer catches his eye. Elena on feisty tiny women, smart, a graceful ballerina performing the show that may jut take her to the next level of her dance career when she is hurt during the performance. Rafe recuses her inserting himself in her life helping to care for her the attraction is there instant and intense yet her only desire is to dance but Rafe just wants her any way he can get her so stalking her in the name of keeping her safe or more like just keeping her but will she fight him on the decision to keep her, will she still be allowed to dance, and will they find their own happiness?.

  Once again, it was just an okay story. It wasn't the spice level the author made it out to be, but there was a touch more substance to this novella than the previous ones in the series...just not enough to warrant a label of "spicey". It was mediocre at best, and barely there at worst.
  While there was a touch more drama and angst in this story, none of it truly made any sense. There were too many gaps in the storyline, and the author sort of just dropped the reader into the middle of a situation without really explaining what was going on.
  It wasn't worthy of a two-star rating. There were too many grammatical errors in the novella, and the chemistry between the two main characters really wasn't that good. The FMC was more afraid of the MMC than she was attracted to him, and the author took her from being afraid of the mafia enforcer to head-over-heels in love with him way too fast. There were also too many unfinished issues that left the reader questioning what they had just read. Definitely not a story to revisit/re-read.

  My first read by this author and I was pleasantly surprised. Rafe is in the mafia and he takes care of the really dirty jobs for his father. An illegitimate son of the head of their family, he has no desire for the spotlight or designs on leadership. Content in his role if not bored with the routine of it all, he follows a mark to the ballet and falls headfirst into obsession. Elena is poised to move her career to the next level when she is injured during a performance. When she is rescued by Rafe, she is caught in his web and he has no plans to let her go. Rafe stalks Elena, manipulates her, its so good. She is fiery and intelligent. She isn't naïve or meek, she is so awesome! Rafe is strong and sure, he has no qualms about his actions to keep Elena. So entertaining, I can't wait to read more from GB!

There he sees Elena Morova. She is a beautiful dancer, struggling to make a place for herself in the ballet company, when she is injured. Rafe sees the perfect opportunity to get to know her and sweeps in to help her. The book is a well paced, fast, steamy read with a very HEA. Great read and can be a free read with Kindle Unlimited. I have to go back and read some of the others in this series.

  Rafe hasn't had much light in his life since he found out the truth about his family. When he is after someone for the family, he sees Elena dancing on stage and is drawn to her. When she ends up injured during her performance he wants to help and take care of her. A guy is harassing Elena and he happens to be the gut Rafe was after will he deal with him? Will Elena be safe with Rafe?
  
  This is a great story that will draw you in from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. This is a book for any book lover.

  Once things heat up between the two, Rafe is so jealous that he sends his body guards away so they can’t hear any of the action and he doesn’t like his brothers even kissing her hand.

  Rafe is the enforcer for a powerful mafia don and Elena is a professional ballerina. On opening night Rafe is at the ballet looking for someone when he sees Elena and becomes obsessed with her. This is a mafia romance with an obsessive twist between two characters with intense chemistry. The story is good and the characters are believable. His Ballerina Obsession is book four in the His Obsession series. I look forward to reading more books in the series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

  Very good insta-love, virgin h who is not a Mary Sue and a yummy H. Would have liked longer story and a couple of odd things (to me) like she’s a ballerina and is injured during a performance, the stage manager asks if she wants an ambulance and she says no because she doesn’t have insurance. Hello, Workers Comp doesn’t cost the employee, he’s also ok with her taking a cab home (WTF?). I get it, it was so the H could swoop in and rescue her. Some spelling and grammar issues but not distractingly so.
  Entertaining quick read.
  Safe. Epilogue one year out.

  Wow! I have most of Gia Bailey's books and loved them all but His Ballerina Obsession is definitely one of my favorites. Rafe is the illegitimate son of the Luciano mafia family and his father's enforcer. His life is surrounded in violence and danger until he sees beautiful ballerina Elena Morova on the stage. She becomes his obsession and he will stop at nothing to prove she belongs to him. Definitely a page turner.

  This grabbed my attention from the first page and didn't let go. Rafe is the Mafia enforcer who saves Elena. She is innocent but she stands up to him without fear. Great chemistry between them and a terrific story.
