The tale of the Manila envelope is fascinating. Ipshita, a 28-year-old doctor, is the protagonist. Rakesh Tripati, one of her patients, becomes the father figure she never had as a child. In Ipshita, Rakesh also starts looking for a kid he never had. They build a deep relationship and begin to enjoy being in one other's company.

The link between a patient and a doctor is stronger than any other. Dr. Ipshita has been caring for Rakesh Tripathi, a lung cancer patient, for the past two years. I enjoyed Dr. Ipshita's dilemma after learning about Rakesh's history.

After his death, she receives an unopened Manila Envelope. What is inside the envelope? The tension around Mr Tripathi's envelopes is well-maintained by author.
