Jealous Firefighter (Jealous Psycho, #3) Reviews
-
Well another insane read from Lena Little. This book was so ott it contained a 38 year old hero virgin, a heroine virgin right out of the orphanage (I guess she was 18?), two epilogues AND two extended epilogues. Again, this was kinda gross, super cringey, appalling and unhinged. It featured scenes where the psycho hero watches his girl sleep from across the room while beating his dick ‘like it stole something’ (LL loves this expression) and comes so hard his ‘spunk’ sprays all over her. Then he proceeds to sign his name in it across her sleeping body....so.... ya.
This book had a crazier and more convoluted plot then the first two yet for all the author’s originality, she named her FMC the same name as in jealous fighter. And the name was Freya, so not even a common name that you might forget you already used. So back to back books with Freya’s? Oversight? On purpose? Who knows. I’m not quite sure this author is lucid when she writes.
Again, if you are in a slump and want a read that will shake something loose (maybe your sanity) read this. -
I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
Freya hasn’t had the easiest of lives, growing up within the system and an orphanage where she has never felt safe. But the night she meets Finn is a night of change for everyone. Her life and world were literally going up in smoke when a fire broke out, but this fire was no accident and she’s in constant danger but when Finn arrives and saves her from death she feels safe for the very first time in her life. Suddenly there is someone in her life that is putting her first and her feelings burst like a supernova. Could this be her happy ending or is danger and death still coming for her?
Finn has never felt anything like the feelings he experiences when he finds a scared woman clinging to a radiator in the middle of a fire. As a fireman known for taking risks he takes one look at her and sees his future but only if he can save them both. She belongs to him and he will risk it all for her, but they appear to both have enemies will they survive and have the future they both want?
This author isn’t for everyone but I happen to love her OTT style. This was a fab smutty read especially if you like obsessive hero’s. 4.3* read -
Finn is a firefighter that rescue Freya from a burning building. He becomes super possessive over her and claims her as his. Freya feels safe with Finn and she really needs to have that feeling. Her father is crazy and has done some weird things. Is Freya safe?
This is a hard book for me to read. I tried to get into it and had to force myself to finish. It has some pluses and some negatives. I've read book by those author before and enjoyed them but this one was just not for me.

NOOO, Child Pred Romance
⚠️ Pedo: ADULT WITH A MINOR IN THIS BOOK ⚠️
***I'd rate this a zero if I could.***
I actually held out for a while reading this book because the author was so ***VAGUE*** with the fmc's age. It's not until a little past halfway through that you find out she's still going to high school and is like 16 turning 17. Legally, an orphanage was still taking care of her here, though it is later explained that most in the book didn't push minors out until they hit 18. Some homes would kick people out at 16 yr olds, but since she's still in an orphanage AND in school that was not the case here. I'm all for age gap, but what the actual fuck man... I get the pen name for the author "little" since she likes the whole "daddy" aspect, but having a child as the lead? Why and how did this get through without proper labeling AND revision? -
This is book three in the Jealous Psycho series in true Lena Little style each book reads as a standalone but connect with an overprotective alpha a little on the crazy size, a feisty girl in need of protection or so they feel 😊. Finn a sexy as all firefighter with a protective nature for all his goal is to ensure everyone’s safety (his moto is No one dies when he is on the job) but the moment he is called out to save a young girl knew just one look and she is the one. Freya is very strong to put it nicely her life hasn’t been easy growing up in an orphanage where there was never really any peace so when the only home of craziness, feeling unloved, uncared she was just a girl to be taken advantage of with the systems permission goes up in smoke while she is trying to stay away from someone trying to hurt her landing her in the arms of the one stranger feeling safe and then again waking up to him in the hospital realizing this is the first time she has felt safe. The attraction was instant, insanely intense from the moment he walked into that burning room to save her, which was his only thought, and for her it was the very first time ever allowing herself to let go and blindly trust now by no means is the road ahead going to be easy considering there is someone to get her and his job situation. The one constant for Finn is Freya has become his world, the center of his attention and he will stop at nothing to ensure her safety, her chance to live a life she has chosen but will he be ready for the person /persons who are out to hurt her, why are they after her, will he protect her, what about his job will he get his job back considering he lives to save others, and can they find some form of happiness through all the mayhem?.

DNF at 52%
I can't with this one. I hate, hate, hate it when men lie about something major and say: It is nothing. She doesn't know what she is talking about. You misunderstood. You misheard.
I could vomit when people try to mislead you.
He wants her to be his and give her everything she needs... Good job getting fired for throwing your team mate to the ground to play hero and denying it. Insulting a nurse and threatening anyone in the story that is not the female protagonist with bodily harm even if they legit did nothing at all.
Watching her in her sleep is weird, but alright. Edward did it too after all. But coming on her sleeping body, writing your name in it and not wiping it of AND not getting her in a shower after she complains to feel sticky for no reason is something a sex offender would do.
It also wasn't believable that the female virgin protagonist would kiss him to distract him and then proceeds to get eaten out in front of the firefighter crew and the whole diner. Mam, this is an Apple Bee's.
In summary the MMC was an obnoxious psycho with anger issues, who burned his father alive, sexually assaulted the FMC, could never be a real Daddy and didn't give me the hots at all. -
We've come to part 3 of the fantastic Jealous Psycho series. Ms Little is one of my favorite authors and she proved it once again with this book and the entire series. This time it's about Freya and Finn. Finn has been a firefighter all his life helping people out. But when he one day saves Freya from a fire, he is immediately attracted to her and knows right away that they belong together.
The main characters and their characters are well described and you are
glued to your book from start to finish, it is an engrossing story and a beautiful journey they make together to come to a happy ending together. This is highly recommended!

Very over the top instalove romance.
I really liked this story. It was entertaining and enjoyable with some drama and over the top instalove. The characters were interesting and likable for the most part. Freya’s dad was messed up and he deserved to get what was coming to him. Finn was a huge risk-taker and was known for that. When he saved Freya, everything changed for him forever. Freya hadn’t had anyone to trust growing up. Meeting Finn changed Freya, at least with Finn. They both had decided to trust their instincts and go for it. I loved their happily ever after. I recommend reading this book.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Freya & Finn. When this book opens we find that Finn is the firefighter that knows there is someone in this building that is meant to be his and runs in against orders. He later gets fired but won't leave Freya's side for anything. Freya wakes to find Finn by her bedside and immediately feels safe with this man. Can they find a HEA or will it be a fast moving flame, there one moment gone the next?
This is a short story and every fast moving book. I would like to tell you more but don't want to ruin it for any other readers. I would highly recommend it to anyone. -
Hot & Steamy - Finn & Freya
As soon as Finn sees Freya he knows that she is the one for him & he won't allow anything to stand in his way.
The story begins with Finn rescuing Freya from a house fire which was deliberately lit.
The story develops as Finn & Freya navigate their new relationship whilst also dealing with who wants to kill Freya.
Finn is an over the top alpha who's only intention is to protect his woman & pity help anyone who gets in his way.
This is a great story & I will definitely be buying more books from this author.

This book is really bad. I'll skip all the details and just give you two.
She literally calls him by the wrong name. I usually try to give a little leeway when it comes to editing because I know it's hard to be perfect - but damn.
Then - this grown fireman rescues her from an orphanage - yet she's supposed to be an adult?? And she's talking about people trying to adopt her. HOW OLD ARE YOU EXACTLY?? I mean I'm good with age gap books but damn. Thing is, I don't think the author was trying to write an age gap, I think it was just a sloppy plot.
There's more I could say but I won't. Hopefully you get the point. -
Finn (H) is a firefighter who ignores orders and rushes to rescue Freya (h) from a burning building. Finn is instantly attracted to Freya and will do whatever he has to to protect her and make her his, even if it means he's been fired from the fire department. Freya realizes he's just what she needs as there's still that fact that someone is after her. Finn is really over the top with the actions he'll take to make sure she's safe and Freya finds she has to step in some to help him control his actions. Hot, heavy, intense sexy good time!

Finn is a firefighter because he lives to help and protect people. He was always thought of as cool headed until the day he saved Freya. He went against his superior's orders to rescue the woman he heard screaming. Just one look at Freya huddled on the floor has him claiming her as his. He will do anything to save and protect her. When she is released from the hospital, Fin brings her home to take care of and protect. Freya has never had anyone love her like Finn.

It's been a little while since I read anything from this author and I can say I am glad to have picked up back up with this story. Its full of heat and instalove and you cannot help but her drawn into the storyline and devour every steamy interaction. Watching the main characters fall in love with every paragraph and chapter gets you closer to that much craved happy ending and I can say that I will be going back to catch up on the two previous books in this series as I feel they will be just as good as this one!.

This was a very hot book. Finn is brought to his knees as soon as he seen Freya but he has to save her first. These two are drawn to each other and Finn will do any and everything to keep his Princesse safe. There is a lot steam, and possessiveness, love, and a little bit of drama but a great HEA. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. Lena as a great author.

Oh I absolutely loved Jealous Firefighter by Lena Little. I read every book that Lena Little gifts us with because I love a sexy OTT possessive alpha willing to do anything to protect his love. Its book 3 in the Jealous Psycho series and it was smoking hot. Finn and Freya were amazing together. And who doesn't love a handsome firefighter! Once I began reading their story I was hooked until the very last page.

Jealous Firefighter is the story of Freya and Finn.
Firefighter x senators daughter, age gap (18 and 38), her father lit up the orphanage that she stayed in after she ran away because he tried to force himself on her. She was saved by Finn and taken care of by him. Her father tries to kill her again despite Finns warning but he doesn’t listen. Finn is there just in time to save her. HEA and kids.
Solid 4/5 -
Another Level Psycho!!!!
Finn was off the chain! It was like he imprinted on Freya long before he even saw he..like he sensed her. I immediately thought it was fishy when he lost his job.
Freya was a simple unloved and unwanted girl..so she thought, until Finn. When her story came out and it runs sort of parallel to Finn it s5arted to make sense. And when Finn uput his girhouse with the Freya's death attempts,it all started to complete the story.
However, Finn is completely lovable..in a Dexterish kinda way...lol -
Wowsa this book was absolutely smoking hot and steamy read and the storyline flowed throughout the book. Finn goes into a building on fire to save the woman he will someday be his wife but will an arsonist put her in danger again? Freya is rescued by a firefighter and wakes up to find him at the hospital in her room but can she trust him to protect her from an arsonist? Great story.
