A Different Kind of Prayer: a gay erotic short story Reviews
-
A little different from Sofie's usual offerings, being that this is her first openly gay piece. she's written with characters being bi before (both male and female), but not gay yet.
I eagerly awaited for this to launch, and gobbled it up as soon as it was delivered to kindle. As usual, Sofie doesn't disappoint, and I was treated to deliciousness by way of Jarred finding out about his sexuality by Dominic. -
Oh how it hurts to see a small, impendent author being trashed by homophobic bigots who clearly don't know how to read.
I would have read this anyway. (Well, it was free, but I think that the usual price of less than a dollar is more than worth it.) But now I wish that I could rate this book 10/5 simply because of that nasty troll.
Granger's work is steamy beyond compare. I was a little apprehensive going in, but it's obvious she has an interesting sense of humor to write a book about a religious man being convinced to turn gay. #gaysForJesus, am I right or am I right or am I right? -
I've seen a lot of motivation for writing, but I think my new favorite is "I wrote gay porn because my mother-in-law is a bigot".
Story was good, too. But it peaked with that note before the story, IMHO. -
I was deeply disturbed to start this book only to realize that this is nothing about the true word of Jesus Christ, God, and the Holy Spirit.
The author will surely burn in hell for having written this. Maybe if he repents, his soul will be spared! -
Just some innocent fun.
Short read and fun read (10-20 min read). It's always fun to make the secular ones just lose their cool. Granger hit it out of the park again with this story. Look forward to other works they do
