Chelsea Cotton starts reconnecting with her old friends almost the minute she gets back into town. Too bad mending relationships with her family would likely be more labor intensive than she hoped.
Landon Bass has become quite successful since Chelsea left Paradise Point years ago. Their young love couldn’t withstand the pressures of real life after high school. He never got over her and believes he’ll never find real love.
Seeing each other again brings back all the emotions she thought were gone for good. He’d pushed his feelings for her aside for so long he can’t believe she’s really home. Sparks fly as they get to know each other again. But after a decade apart, they’re both jaded by their experiences.
It’s not always easy to start over with a clean slate—especially when outside forces are conspiring against you.
Can these two former sweethearts get past their fear and doubt to fall in love again?

I really enjoyed reading Chelsea and Landon's story. Even though this was a very short read, there was a lot of emotion played out between the characters. Chelsea is a strong and inspiring woman who comes home again after being away for a decade.
As she rebuilds her life and reconnects with family, friends and her high school sweetheart we can't help but cry and laugh with her through it all... This is a wonderfully written story about how working through the problems of our past can bring peace, love and happiness into our lives.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. -
Chelsea and Landon kept me totally engaged throughout the entire book! The storyline was well written with characters that were created with great depth which made this book a very enjoyable read!

Spend a PG afternoon at Paradise Point on the ocean coast as Chelsea Cotton attempts to start over a year after her divorce. I had an ARC from Bookfunnel and this voluntary review is my own opinion.

New author new series, on the whole, I found this book to be good, easy to follow, and has a good storyline.
I would definitely read the next in the series. -
Sweet story of coming home after a divorce. Second chance at love. One of my favorite tropes is when childhood or high school sweethearts meet again as adults. This one is really sweet.
