Private Detective Alan Davey takes his reader on a page turning journey of exciting and sometimes unsavoury detective work from the big cities of Australia, through to covert corporate investigations and cattle rustling jobs in Australia's Top End that turn out to be more dangerous and involved than he anticipated.
From one adventure in the tropical north to another in the seemingly safe and civilised forest in the Australian south, in Victoria, which turns out to be the biggest danger of them all, ending in his capture and torture - all part of a seemingly 'normal life'.

Suspense and adventure and real life danger with a good dash of Australian humour, Alan Davey takes his reader on a journey of highs and lows right to the end.

Readers who like a bit of Jason Bourne and a lot of Crocodile Dundee thrown in for good measure will love Alan Davey

Australian's renown 7.30 Report, ABC TV extended their documentary based on Alan's investigation over 2 nights to report on only one of the issues Alan investigated - and further TV shows and Media coverage are scheduled for 2022.

Surely this is fiction? How this character breezes through jobs seems like fantasy in the first 1/2 of the book. Seems a lot like Rober G Barretts character Les Norton. Drinking, fighting picking up beautiful women while crossing from PI to a Texas Ranger moral enforcer.
Second half (last two jobs) things get real when the targets catch up with him twice in two months!
