His nickname is “The Soulless Prince.” She’s the new nanny. She doesn’t want anything to do with him.
He’s got other plans.

Nathaniel
The Soulless Prince was a nickname given to me on my twenty-fifth birthday when I divorced my ex-wife and took the children from her.
I don’t care about being liked. I’m a man born and bred to be king.
I command, and the people follow. I pull all the strings.
The new nanny doesn’t seem to have gotten that memo.
She’s impulsive and carefree. She’s wild and everything about her begs me to tame her.
I swore I’d never let my heart be affected again.
But I never planned on her.

Leonora
The day I met two little blonde angels, I also met the devil.
He just happened to be their father.
Prince Nathaniel is the most power-hungry, arrogant, insufferable man I’ve ever met
He’s also the hottest, most fascinating, and charming man, when he wants to be.
He wants me to dance to his commands
But I never have been good at following orders.
A fact that’s about to get me in a lot of trouble.

Nathaniel is the second hero in the Spoiled Royal series. These heroes are badly-behaved billionaire aristocrats who are used to getting their way. They’ll go all out for their feisty, independent heroines and stop at nothing, to get their ring on their fingers.
A steamy story about obsessed OTT billionaires, always SAFE, with a sweet HEA guarantee.

Nathaniel: A Single Dad Billionaire Romance (Spoiled Royal, #2):

    Rating:

    🧔🏻‍♂️👑Introduction👑🧔🏻‍♂️:

🧔🏻‍♂️👑Hello darlings! I hope all is well🧡! When I first saw this book’s synopsis and cover (🥰🥰🥰), I knew I had to try it out to see how it would play out! This being my first time reading any of Gia Bailey’s works, I will say that even though this was a novella, I still found it humorous, cute, and a bit steamy with a fairytale~esque ending🕊💍🕊! Not to divulge much here (or for this review for that matter🤧), here is a snippet of this royal novella below.👑🧔🏻‍♂️

    🧔🏻‍♂️👑Synopsis👑🧔🏻‍♂️:

🧔🏻‍♂️👑Within the ⛰lush, verdant, rolling hills of the Alps⛰, lies a kingdom by the name of 🏰Sursoix🏰. The next upcoming 👑🧔🏻‍♂️king🧔🏻‍♂️👑 to reign over the land being Nathaniel. Although he seems to be handling majorly of his upcoming kingly duties well, he is majorly struggling with attention to his beloved children and to his personal wellbeing as well. After a revolving door of nannies throughout 🏰 Allarand Castle🏰, one finally braves the 😈mysterious beast😈 within. Cue in Lenora👩🏻. Despite her complete opposite upbringing to Natantheil, and being tiny compared to his brutish size, 🧚🏼‍♀️🔥this feisty fairy is taking no mess from the tyrant in his own castle🔥🧚🏼‍♀️! When these two are not at each other’s throats, or constantly lusting after the other, they find out more is there despite their differences. With their focus on the kingdom and being there for the children, could there be more between the arrogant king and sassy nanny? Could this be as other fairytales and end on a HEA🕊💍🕊?👑🧔🏻‍♂️

    🧔🏻‍♂️👑What Was Good👑🧔🏻‍♂️:

🧔🏻‍♂️👑Within this book, I most certainly enjoyed: the banter between Nathaniel and Lenora, the ADORABLE moments with Henery and Isabella, and the whole “domineering, powerful, king~loving, feisty, determined woman” troupe 👏! Just from their encounters alone, had me laughing out loud at how feisty and straightforward Lenora would get with Nathaniel😂😂! I was rooting for her all the way no doubt👏! I will be blunt here as well, Nathaniel is a tyrannical asshole at times👑😈👑! I know the novella’s synopsis did say as much beforehand, but still, just wanted to point out he really is within the beginning mainly. He will make you want to shank him in the balls for sure 🔪🍊🔪🍊🔪! He does get better after seeing the kind of 😈monster he was being to everyone😈, but again, had to state it here👏. Even so, I did find his Alpha, Kingly, Dominant side smoking hot of course 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥! I also enjoyed how he did go for Lenora without worrying about what anyone had to say. He really exerted his rights as 👑King of Sursoix👑. Peasants be damned 🤧🤧🤧. Again, 🧡LOVED🧡 both Henery and Isabella within the book🥺🥺🥺! My heart broke💔for how lonely and isolated they felt before Lenora arrived! Was another reason why I didn’t like Nathaniel tbh. Even though he was extremely busy with the kingdom, and trying to be there for his son and daughter, I felt he could have done more before Lenora came up on the scene👏. He does spend more time with them later, but again, wanted to state that since it might piss some readers off👏. I also 🧡LOVED🧡 Bailey’s description of the kingdom! Being within the Alps too? 🏰Made it all the more fairytale~like which I AM DOWN FOR 24/7🏰👏👏👏! So in summation, there is cuteness, banter, some humor, steam, and a fairytale~vibe that was very appealing🧡🧡🧡!👑🧔🏻‍♂️

    🧔🏻‍♂️👑Improvement/Critics👑🧔🏻‍♂️:

🧔🏻‍♂️👑Honestly, my main critics for this book would have to be: wishing there was more time for Nathaniel’s and Lenora’s relationship to build, more time with the children, and wondering what happened to Daniel. Concerning the first two critics, even though I knew this was a novella and their attraction~love would be very fast, I just wished it was fleshed out more since I did enjoy the whole domineering, asshole king and feisty yet maternal young woman who matched each other well. In which, I 🧡LOVED🧡 whenever the children were on page of course. That being said, I would have also 🧡LOVED🧡 more time with Henry and Isabella since they were BEYOND ADORABLE🥺🥺🥺! (you all know my weakness for children🥺🤧🥺)! Concering the last critic, the whole drama with Daniel was left unsettled since I assume he got arrested? Again, not sure and would have loved for more clarity/resolution there since the asshole deserved punishment for sure👏👏👏! Aside from those areas of suggested improvement, I still enjoyed this story🧡🧡🧡!👑🧔🏻‍♂️

    🧔🏻‍♂️👑Conclusion👑🧔🏻‍♂️:

🧔🏻‍♂️👑In all, a short tale with a bit of humor, steam and a HEA💍! If you want a book to help pass the time with a severely grumpy hero and feisty yet loving heroine? Would recommend giving this one a try! I would like to check out Bailey’s upcoming release within the series, Vincent: A Billionaire Insta~love Romance (Spoiler Royal, #3)! Seems yet to be another lovely pair between enemies💘! As always, wishing you all the loveliest of reads and hoping they all end on a HEA🕊💍🕊💍🕊!👑🧔🏻‍♂️

    🧔🏻‍♂️👑Spoiled Royal Series👑🧔🏻‍♂️:

Nathaniel: A Single Dad Billionaire Romance (Spoiled Royal, #2): ⬆️⬆️⬆️

    Vincent: A Billionaire Insta~love Romance (Spoiler Royal, #3): 🧔🏻‍♂️👑TBR👑🧔🏻‍♂️

    The Orphan and Her Prince

3.5 stars - I like how Nora puts the needs of the kids first, even when it means standing up to her boss, who happens to be the ruler of her country. With a stick in the mud like Nate, she has plenty of opportunity to flex her backbone. 😊

“Kids love muddy puddles, just ask Peppa Pig.”
    -- Leonora Spence

This comment had me laughing as it is incredibly true! Peppa Pig and all. 😄😄

Getting into the relationship between the Prince and his nanny, it's cute with a few things they need to work past, overcome. One bump is related to Daniel and it's saddening and an unfortunate reality that does occur. While I may not like this snag, I like where things end.

I enjoyed this as part of
Spoiled Royal: The Complete Collection Kindle Edition.

  • Angie Barnes

Gia Bailey has written a 5-star book. This is the story of Leonora (Nora) and Nathaniel (Nate) Nora has just been hired to be the nanny to Henry and Isabella, Nate's children. He is the ruling prince of Sursoix. Nora had grown up in an orphanage ran by Magda. Now she helps Magda with everything she can. Nate is not there on the day that Nora was hired and when he meets her for the first time, it doesn't go well. He gives her a hard time and she gives it right back to him. Nate doesn't trust women since his ex-wife left him and their children. There is an attraction between the two of them but nothing happens. Nora doesn't think that someone like Nate could like someone like her. Over time they get to know each other and one thing leads to another and they end up sleeping together. Nate's stepbrother Daniel is jealous because of who Nate is. Daniel feels like he should be the one who is ruling the country instead of Nate. Nate's father married Daniel's mother after his wife died. Daniel has done some things that will look bad for Nate and Nora finds out about them and she thinks she is at fault. She goes home to the orphanage and Magda and tells her that she messed up and she doesn't think it can be fixed. Theodore, Nate's assistant tells him about what Daniel has done and now Nate wants to see Daniel. When Nate sees Daniel, he wants to know "Why?" Daniel plays like he doesn't know what is going on but Nate tells him that he knows about the money. Daniel tells him it is because Nate exists. He is living the life Daniel wanted to live. Daniel said that the story was already out and he wanted to see what people would think of Nora. He said that people didn't like the abuse of power and sleeping with the nanny was an abuse of that power. He wondered how Nora would handle the attention. Nate tells him not to talk about Nora, if he did he would be sorry. Daniel said that he was so protective of her but he would lose her. Nate said that he wouldn't.
Will Nora and Nate work things out and get together as a couple?
This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

  • april ♡ is probably reading smut

"I want you here, in this castle with my children by day, and in my bed at night,” he said flatly. I was shocked into silence. He had literally robbed me of words. “I just want you, all of you, all of the time.”

I liked this one slightly more than Xavier. It's about a lonely prince, Nathaniel, and his live-in nanny, Leonora. It's really cute and sweet but again, the banter is the star in this novella!

    “Sit down.”
“Thanks, I rather thought it was, and it can’t hurt to be careful. I wouldn’t want to be accused of trying to sleep with you again,” she said primly, as she perched her curvy and frankly, distracting ass on the velvet seat.

And once again... did I say banter?

    “If I may be blunt-,”
“Are you capable of anything less?” I snorted.

    important bits:
    no virgins
    celibate hero
    no cheating
    no OM/OW drama
    safe
    HEA & epilogue ♡

  • Ann Marie

'Nathaniel' by Gia Bailey is the second book in her Spoiled Royal series and tells the story of Nathaniel, a single dad and next in line to the throne, and Leonora (Nora), the new nanny who grew up as an orphan. Nathaniel who had full custody of his children after divorcing his wife was having a problem keeping a nanny and had no time to hire one. His stepbrother said he would take care of hiring one. He hires Nora. Nora is surprised that she gets hired but is quite happy to take the job as her paycheck will help support the orphanage. Nora realizes that the children, Isabella and Henry, need some fun and laughter in their life. As does their father.

Ms. Bailey has written a great addition to her series. Nathaniel and Nora could not be more different but they both feel attracted to each other. I loved how Priscilla and Henry helped make Nathaniel more human and less princely. This story has drama, suspense, deciet, secrets, laughs, passion, and plenty of steam. I enjoyed this book and highly recommend it to anyone who likes a bit of drama with their romance. I can not wait for the next book.

    A Sweet Royal Nanny Romance.
A quick romance between Nate, the crown head of his tiny kingdom and Nora, his children’s Nanny. The children, Henry and Isabella are suffering from revolving-door nanny syndrome but Nora uses her skills to draw some lightness out of the children. Even Nate does not escape the electric currents running between him and Nora.
While this may seem pretty cut and dry, the author throws in a spoiled, mean antagonist in the means of it being Nate’s step-brother who steals from children charities (Boo).
How this all gets resolved is done quickly and seamlessly. I’m recommending this book for your reading enjoyment. PEACE.

  • Darcy

Fairy tale romance between a future King and his children's nanny. If you are looking for a short break from reality, this story is mild on angst and heavy on sweet. Leonora grew up in the local orphanage and has a big heart for children. She is hired to be a nanny and believes those in her care should be loved openly and allowed to be children. Nathaniel was raised to respect the crown, be proper at all times and be mindful of gossip. When his stepbrother tries to cause contention between them, Nathaniel must make a choice between following his heart or his title. A light read for a brief escapism.

  • Cherise Traum

This was a sweet love story but it felt like it was between a novella and full story. Right when you were developing a story line, it was pretty much over. I also think that it is great with the female character having a strong, dominant personality to be able to challenge an alpha male vs being demure and submissive. It is always interesting to see how things work out between them. I did enjoy reading it and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who enjoys a love story. Hopefully you will enjoy this book as I have.

I loved Nate & Nora's book. It was an intriguing read I couldn't get enough of. I got a copy of the book. And am voluntarily leaving my review.

  • Sarah Nielsen

This was a cute single dad/ nanny romance. I liked that Leonora had a bit of sass and didn’t just bow to Nathaniel. The storyline was cute and it had a good flow.

  • Gwen Towse

    good

I loved the story but epilogue did not say if they had their own children or not it sounded like they didn’t

  • Payal - A Bookaholic's Musings

    NATHANIEL and LEONORA

This is a sweet love story between a ‘soon to be King’ and his nanny, and two adorable children. This story is very mild on the angst, like actually there is none, and just concentrates on two people who are attracted to each other, but do not necessary like each other a lot.

I really enjoy a strong, feisty and sassy heroine, who is not afraid of chastising, or berating the future King into telling him the error of his ways with his children, in the process making him a better King and a better father.

The story is quick and intense, with plenty of sexual tensions and a super jealous and possessive prince, who is used to getting his way.

“I want to know because just the thought of another man makes me furious with jealousy. I want to know who I’m up against, because, I mean to win you, Leonora Spence, at any cost.”
