  I went into this hoping for ott, crazy, possessive, morally depraved and sexually devious caveman but alas this was just boring age gap daddy kink. Nothing too shocking or disgusting, just bad writing and a boring story.
  But one question I had, if this dude has been her dad’s friend since they were five, did he hold the heroine when she was a baby, never knowing that one day he would deflower her and himself in his cop car while her dad slept off a bender ten feet away?
  Hmm question for the ages.

  The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! This is book is part of the Dad’s Best Friend series why just read one when you can start at the beginning and keep reading through the series it won’t be a waste of time. Caden sexy as all get out police officer, knowing his best friend was away, so he decides to drive by his best friend’s house, and he knows it shouldn’t be anyone there thinking it is a break-in goes into police mode to check it out. It is actually Chris’ daughter, and one look at her tells Caden that Camila is meant to be his forever. Camila home after a few years, she knows her dad is away, but it is home so when a sexy as all get out officer the same one, she crushed so hard on comes in ready to apprehend the burglar just to realize she lives there. Caden haven’t see Camila in years, but one look and he knew she was supposed to be his despite the age difference and the fact that she is the daughter of his best friend. The chemistry is insane, and the magnetic pull have these two doing things they each feel is wrong because of their ages an her dad being his best friend will her father accept this relationship, will they remain friends and can they find happiness?

Caden finally decides that he cares more about Camila than his best friend and somehow has to tell his friend the truth.
  
  Camila has had a crush on Caden for a long time and she is very willing to tempt Caden. She wants him to see her as a woman and not a child. When she does get his full attention, she is thrilled. However she is uncertain how things will go over when her father comes home. She does know that she doesn't want to give Caden up.

  So he comes to check out a breaking and entering in his friends house while he’s away and he catches her showering and is taken aback by her beauty. It was kinda weird cuz he saw her grow up but who cares it’s fictional. Then they go out on a little date or jus an outing as he puts it and they share a kiss or to and then it ends in him punching some guys. After that they sneak around but he doesn’t claim her till her dads birthday in the backseat of his car where she instigates it. After that her dad found out and Caden was wise and told him when they were having their basketball session as they always do. So he told him and they played a game and her dad lost but in the end he finally accepted them for what they are. In love.

  This is my first book that I read by this author, but it is a good book and story. This is the story of Caden and Camila. Camila hasn't seen Caden in years, but when he's on patrol one night and he drives by her house as a favor from a friend, Chris Camila's father.
  
  As soon as he sees her, he immediately knows that she is the one for him and will do everything he can
  to ensure that she becomes and remains his. The storyline and the structure is well described, it is a short story but contains everything in a book that you can expect. Enough passion and a chemistry , attraction.
  
  This book is highly recommended and worth reading a book by this author, I will definitely do that.

  I really liked this story. It was entertaining and enjoyable with a hint of the forbidden with the age gap and dad's best friend elements. The characters were interesting and likable. Caden not being part of Camila's life growing up made me happy. You could feel his shock at realizing that the woman he had seen was Camila. Camila knew that she was attracted to Caden. He was her dream guy. There were some elements that stretched reality for me (their interaction at the coffee shop, the police car, etc.) but disregarding those it was steamy and over the top. I liked their happy ever after. I recommend reading this book.

  Dad's Policeman Friend was another page turner by Lena Little. It was quick and steamy and I was hooked from page one. While on duty, Caden drives by his best friend's house to check on it while he Chris in out of town. He sees what he believes is a burglar so he goes in to investigate. Only its no burglar but his buddy's daughter Camila. Caden hasn't seen Camila in years and he is immediately obsessed with claiming her as his. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot! Can Caden and Camila convince her dad they belong together or will Caden lose his best friend? Because refuses to let anyone stand in the way of their relationship. 5 stars.

  This was a short yet really good book. I really liked Camila and Caden together. These haven't seen each other for years but once Caden sets on Camila, he knows that she is meant to be his and he won't stop and she is. Camila has also had a crush on Caden so when he is ready to claim her, she is ready and willing. There is some drama with their age gap and Camila's father, Chris, but these two get an awesome HEA. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and Ms. Lena as an awesome author.

  Caden’s best friend is out of town and asks him to do a patrol past his house to check on things, Camila is home to surprise her dad and what a surprise it is for everyone. I loved the connection and chemistry between Caden and Camilla I thought they were really cute together.
  I must confess I was rather confused by the scene outside the coffee shop between the two of them, it was too much and I just didn’t understand why the Police Captain was driving around in a patrol car???

  It was not bad
  
  This was okay. Not good, but not really bad. I had some confusion over how a 40 year old man was so easily stimulated to prematurely finish but after finding out he, too, was inexperienced it made more sense. I didn't like the whole condoms are for boys or for someone who doesn't know what they want speech. That was both ridiculously stupid & also just says the wrong thing about protection.

  Had to quit at 33% when the Daddy kink came into play. Normally i can ignore it. But I hate coming across it when the girl already has a great father. Up until that point I was enjoying the book but then Camila suddenly regresses into a child who needed Caden to explain what arousal feels like? Please. The girl was masturbating to him for years. Then there was her humping him public while everyone in the diner looked on? Turn off. Not into voyeurism.

But as soon as he sees Camila as an adult everything changed for them.   It was an okay novella. A little unrealistic in certain areas, but still kind of cute. If it had added a little more substance to the story, like when the thugs tried to start something with the MMC, then it could have been more interesting. The whole thing needed a touch more grit to make it enjoyable. Still, it is what it is.
