I loved the way the language started. It was engaging from the start, but I got lost in the middle. I wanted to know what the "something special" was for all the other glowing bugs and I didn't feel the stakes involved in her finding her glow. WHY the rush? WHY did she have to search so hard for it?

This book guides young readers gently through Flicker's journey to find her something special. The illustrations are bright and adorable. Great work team.
