The Little Artists’ Big Book of Activities: 60 Fun and Creative Projects to Explore Color, Patterns, Shapes, Art History and More Reviews

A beautiful book with tonnes of projects. It is going to be such a great source of ideas for my now 3-year-old (who has already told me several projects he wants to make!) and provide lots of things to do as he gets older, as well. I love the connections to artists and books so there are not only the instructions for 60-projects but also places to explore further afield. I love that the supplies needed are things that we already have - things that one would easily find at department stores or chain craft stores, and recyclable materials!

I love a project that is easy to implement but looks good and I’m impressed with how each of these craft ideas produces something lovely without needing complicated art materials or expert hands. My 3.5 year old loves the visuals and colours, I love the tips for talking about and enjoying their craft process. My daughter loves flicking through the book and selecting projects for us to do together. Would recommend this book as a gift for children 3 and up!
