Meant to be read aloud to the one you love, it is brimming with blooming romance, enduring love, and alchemical connection.
From “sun-drenched smiles” and “wide-eyed wonderment” to “sanguine summers” and “umbrella-lined beaches,” this collection of whimsical poetry “will carry you…into a boundless sea” of love.
No, I cannot end
your waves of pain,
but I will lift you up
and always
raise you higher,
so, you can rise
above them.
In this collection, you will find heartfelt poetry and prose celebrating romantic love and the joys of falling in and sustaining love in all its fluidity.
The book begins with playful flirtations and the ebbing and flowing moments of falling in love, then moves to the sensations of physical connection, ending with the sweet rewards of lasting love.

Loved this. It was so refreshing to read a poetry book that wasn’t full of angst and resentment towards a partner. I hated the illustrations though. They clearly had been drawn larger then shrunken down to fit the page. I wish authors would stop trying to be like RK and do their own unique thing, these poems were fantastic and didn’t need the half assed drawings to make them interesting.

I’ve only recently started reading poetry. I really like Michelle’s style of love poems. I received this book signed by the author in a free giveaway.
I’ve reached a place in my marriage of 22 1/2 years where I can really identify with Michelle. I feel so very lucky to still have the passion, drive and desire to be with my husband. I literally sat with one hand holding the book and the other a highlighter. I was highlighting poem after poem. I also read a few to the love of my life my true best friend, my husband.
The style and structure of the poems were ideal and easy to read and comprehend. The poems are organized into three sections Waves, Currents and Immersed.
Her poems are open, honest with some raw emotions and the title is placed at the end of the poem which I had never seen. It wraps up the poem and leaves you with a lingering thought of what the body of the poem was about.
An excerpt from Waves.
“When your eyes
alit upon mine,
the joyful notes
that once reigned
over my heart
suddenly began playing
sweet melodies again.
Joyful Notes
Excerpt from Currents
One lingering kiss
and I am lost
in your midst.
I swallow all the words
my heart has been
screaming to sing.
Our butterflies flutter,
encircling us in love rings.
From this moment
I crown you king
over my heart.
My King
Excerpt from Immersed
As we celebrate the birth of our love,
we commit all over again
to growing
and evolving it
into an everlasting garden
that keeps
our hearts singing
and hopes springing
eternally.
