What I love about this book is that the author tells lots of stories that help me feel like wherever I am, whatever I'm feeling, it is okay. She shares, like a friend, so there is not that sense of being preached to about about to make my life better! I also love that the book is filled with SIMPLE mindset shifts and action steps that can be done in tiny chunks. Getting recharged feels doable, not like some big mountain I've gotta climb! Lastly, what I love is the VARIETY of tools and practices. If you don't like one idea, start somewhere else in her book. There are sparks everywhere! If you're feeling slumpy in any area of your life, give this a try!!!

I absolutely loved the way Polly Campbell shared her story while giving ample tools for readers to try. Many of the tools she suggested are tools that have worked for me. It was a great refresher while also providing new angles on some oldie but goodies. As a fan of her Simply Said podcast, I could really hear her authentic voice throughout the whole book.

I really enjoyed this book! It was an easy read filled with plenty of practical advice on how to recharge and self-care tips!

    Some of my favorite chapters:
    - If, Then statements
    - Mountains and Molehills
    - Small Wins
    - Optimal Discomfort
