    Unique book of Life Lessons

This book is actually two books in one. It’s very unique and a guide to living. It’s talks about God, being spiritual, loving your self, loving those around you, forgiving others, being kind to yourself, taking care of your self, mind, body, and soul. Drinking lots of water, eating healthy foods, drinking tea, taking care of your mental state and physical state. I wish I would have read this as a young college student. A lot of the things I already knew but it’s a very good read and so much good information. There were some grammatical errors but the information is so good, I have to give it 5 stars.

A Good Beginner Guide to Zen

This provides a good overview to a zen life and silent meditation and reflection. The book is very positive and I would have liked it to deal a bit with all the slips and falls we may encounter along the way.

    Very Inspiring

I was caught off guard by the tone of this book. I especially enjoyed the excerpts on Buddha and various other tales. The philosophy on reducing stress I will have to explore.
