For any reader with basset hound experience, these stories are both highly relatable and laugh-out-loud funny. For those without much basset experience, the reading also serves an educational purpose. This book should be required reading for anyone considering adopting/purchasing a basset hound; it certainly gives you an accurate glimpse into what it is like to share your life with these beautiful drool monsters :)
