S3- FINISHED @ ch. 121
S4-Coming soon (Probably June?)
I've already missed my babies ┗( T﹏T )┛
This season was great because we've finally met Beatrice the bitch, Raeliana came clean to Noah, Rae and Noah both confessed to each other and the main plot finally started ticking. My boy Noah is definitely the best male lead!!
Ok Theory time.
So many questions. Cant wait for S4!! (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜 -
*SCREAMING* THE MOMENTS BETWEEN NOAH AND RAELIANA ARE EVERYTHING TO ME.
-
Noah, my dear, at this point you're only fooling yourself.
More pertinently, I think we really have to start wondering about Beatrice. If she wasn't where she was supposed to be when Eunha originally became Raeliana, that would seem to imply that she may never have been the "good heroine" the book made her out to be. Who's to say that she wasn't somehow behind original Raeliana's death and used her to get Noah for herself? That one shot of her in this volume may just be hinting at it. -
4.5 stars
I forgot how much I love this series because once I started reading, I was already laughing and very much enjoying myself because these two are one of my favorite "fake" couples!
But, ha! Who is to say it's fake anymore with the developments in this one? 😏😏😏
Also, can I just take a moment to say I LOVE seeing the bookkeeper again?! I didn't think Raeliana would go back to that one bookstore, but that whole conversation was GOLD and definitely one of my favorite scenes in this volume!
I think the only thing that was NOT my favorite was the High Priest. Ugghhh! He is such a prideful and stuck-up man and his kid-like appearance made it even worse! LOL! Though I will say…that glow-up was quite the glow-up. 👌
And not just his physical features, but Noah's brother! *jaw drops* I was NOT expecting him to look like that! Granted, I'm alllll here for Noah, so no worries there!
Though I was surprised by how many new faces we see, including him and the High Priest! I am curious how some of them are going to play a role in this story moving forward because while almost all of them SEEM good guys, we know from the beginning how sly Noah can be and if these people are in his inner circle (Not sure all of them are though?), then Raeliana definitely needs to be on guard!
Speaking of, she is such a wonderful character! Her expressions make me laugh more than once and some of the "soft" moments definitely had me squealing! While I felt bad for her in regards to what she was hoping would happen due to her knowledge of the novel, this volume had some mystery sprinkled throughout as a result of things not unfolding the same way. This of course leaves me a little on edge about the danger that could lie ahead. It was however a nice twist I didn't expect!
Another fantastic volume even if the whole torch ceremony (well leading up to it) was not my favorite. VERY excited for the next volume, especially with how this one ended!! 🥰🥰🥰 -
These two are so freaking cute. I can’t wait to see what happens when Noah’s brother tries to intervene.

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE!!!

NON-SPOILERY THOUGHTS
annnd we have yet another great season! this author is seriously a genius. since there isn't much i can say without spoiling everything, i recommend reading
my review of the first season for reasons why you should read this masterpiece ;)
SPOILERY THOUGHTS -
4 stars. I don't know if this is a manhwa or isekai story structure thing, but after the first volume or so, the story kind of drags a bit or slows down to build-up plot threads from the beginning while aslo adding new ones. There is little explaining but random showing of something happening in the background and at this point that is most of the story with maybe one casual reminder of the main character's overall goal (staying alive) and a few mentions of something related to it (finding Beatrice--the original novel's female main character). Maybe it works better as a serial, but all together and seeing the trickle forward with random side quests and focus (eating gruel) made it drag a bit more for me. I still like this one more than others when it started to drag, but without the pretty art and tie-in from the first two volumes this would not hold up beyond an "explore some of the world episodes." It felt filler. At this point, I don't really care about who is trying (poorly with all the failed attempts) to kill the character(s). Just shit or get off the pot. I don't care who they are as the mention of them brings out the fun exploratory story, and they seem rather incompetent. The tension is not rising anymore after two volumes of death lurking around every corner. Multiple storylines are being juggled and not well enough to sit in this single volume cohesively. I like the story, the world, the art, and the characters. I like long series...but I'm getting whiplash from exploding jewels to buying jewels to no mention of jewels beyond a vague not discussed quest (maybe) to Beatrice is here, but this guy who met her doesn't know the fmc, which we find out after they've been chatting for a bit so the raised tension felt tired once his lack of awareness was revealed. It's the equivalent of a jump scare without payoff and feels like cheap storytelling. I hope there is some payoff for volume 4, or this will be a series I borrow instead of buy.
That said. I read it immediately but felt disappointment and frustration growing with each chapter as it continued to not fulfill the promises made or even make steps toward them. Instead, we got fluff with "warnings." -
4 stars
After building the world and story, finally, the main character of the story is introduced. Her name is Beatrice but everyone likes to call her 'Beabitch' because we don't want no homewrecker! -
-
Okay wow the intensity of these chapters seriously had me on the edge of my seat. The sewers? The fire? Noah still pining for Raeliana despite being destined for someone else? 10/10.
-
"one's love and one's fate are up to them and them alone."
reading this series with two of my kids. and i have zero regrets. -
Season 3: (chapters 88-121)
It looks like the changes of Raeliana staying in this world are finally catching up to the story. With her new friendships and influences affecting events will things still turn out alright for this couple in the end?
Also in the next season hopefully we will get answers to what the heck Beatrice end goal is. -

Season 3 chapters 81-121 completed!
This was such an eye-opening season... The truth of the world is starting to unravel and I'm not sure how I'm gonna be able to take it. Noah is starting to open up to a new side of Raeliana and the same goes for her as well. I'm also so so glad that the mystery behind Beatrice is starting to build up tension in the manga now also.
Things are changing in this world and fast. Events that were not meant to happen yet are arriving faster and Beatrice is making her move into the main story now at this point. I'm not sure why things are happening the way they are but I can not wait till this all boils over.. for better or worse I'm looking forward to the new season as well as dreading how it will unfold. -
This was a wonderful story. I adored the characters, at least the likable ones. The bad ones were very easy to dislike, but I even felt bad for Vivian. Never thought that would have happened.
Raelianna isn't Raelianna. She's been reborn into Raelianna's body after she was pushed off a building and woke up inside of her favorite book. In order to survive, she approached the formidable Duke to get out of a marriage that would have taken her life. After that, everything was off the rails, at least in terms of how the book was supposed to go.
I'm glad that I started it when it was completed because I couldn't stop reading because I needed to know what happened next! Definitely recommend. -

Awwww. How cute this couple is!
Things get more complicated when Beatrice finally appears!
What are her motives towards Raeliana? Why does she hate her so much?
All this hasn't been revealed yet. And that makes me excited.
BTW, they have confessed and become a lovey dovey. Their chemistry is on point, guys.
I can't wait for the next season to come out. -
3.5*
Probably my least favorite volume so far, mainly because it's kind of slow and felt more like a setup volume than driving more plot. I don't particularly enjoy the priest character, but bless poor Wade--boy is just trying to do his job.
And finally, our couple has a kiss! The feels are catching! -
It's so sweet how much Noah cares for her. She knows he is supposed to fall for the main character Beatrice but she can't help falling for him. Her life is still in constant danger. She meets fun powerful characters who will support and aide her in time of crisis.
-
This was such a fun read! The characters, art, plot, humor, and romance made for an entertaining, masterfully executed story. I really enjoyed it, would recommend it, and have reread it once already. 4.5 stars!
-
I like the characters. The art is pretty. It's fun to read. But... it's taken three seasons to finally get to the main plot. (Or maybe I'm too dense and didn't pick up on it sooner.) Like I said, I'm enjoying it though and I'm looking forward to see how it all wraps up.
-
I still love this series, BUT this one was slow. We get introduced to new characters and their interactions slow the book down causing less time between Raeliana and Noah. I also would like to see more action from Raeliana, like her gun talent.
-
I don't think I can wait until July for the next volume....this story is so very good. I need to find a light novel like this so I can revel in this type of story. This is definitely one of my favorite webnovels published into paperback!

I loved this volume of Why Raelianna ended up at the dukes mansion. Enter Heika Demint , high priest and Raeli’s new grandpa lol. This volume is so funny 😆 . Several other characters are introduced adding to the intrigue. And the romance is heating up. I got to the end and wanted more.
