Easy-to-follow review / study guide.
I don't know about the "double-checked by an AWARD-WINNING teaching" part though. I went through the entire book and found six errors:
p. 148 #s 9 and 10
p. 284 #6
p. 306 #5
p. 609 #2
p. 618 #5
Not good if you're shaky in mathematics and doubt your own solutions: "Am I missing something or is this book wrong?!" I double-checked with others whose mathematical abilities I trust, so...!
Anyway, this book is useful for review, not so much for learning new concepts -- especially not the final unit which felt really rushed compared to the rest of the book. -
