Godfrey Cross is a big, tattooed Dom with no tolerance for brats. But when he meets two mouthy girls, he begins to see their charm.
Gemma and Izzy seem more into each other than into him and he wonders if he's wasting his time. Yet despite the clash between Godfrey’s strict version of BDSM and their rebellious natures, he finds himself growing to love them.
When his need for control tears their relationship apart, they must learn to compromise or they will lose each other. People may not be perfect, but could these two be perfect for him?

The Dom with the Perfect Brats was a great continuation of the Bad Ass Brats series. I loved this story and I love this series.
For some, the storyline may be a little unconventional....this series is actually my first series that involved M/f/f....I wasn't sure if it would float my boat...but I truly love all the stories in this series thus far. The authors tell a story that touched my heart. I loved how the characters were crafted. As with The Dom With The Safeword, I could truly feel the internal struggle of the 'am I bisexual' question, as well as the 'am I submissive' and 'do I really want this' question. It felt so real...issues and struggle that real people deal with. I already loved Cross going into this story anyway, so I was so looking forward to getting to know him better...he did not disappoint me one little bit. I also love when you get to hang out with your favorite characters from the last story too...so getting to catch up a bit with the other brats was a bonus!
So...yes, I love this series and I am anxiously awaiting for the next installment! -
Great Poly BDSM story
This is story with Cross, who is a Dom and his two submissive female lovers Gemma and Izzy. Gemma is a Tattoo Artist who works out of the Tattoo shop located in the building owned by Cross. Gemma is a Writer, she works freelance and she is working on a Romance novel. Cross has a Goth and Fetish wear shop in the building, and he lives up in the second floor of his building. Gemma got her job after doing a Gargoyle on Cross to prove herself. Cross introduces Gemma and Izzy to BDSM for the first time and he had not previously been with a brat before and now he was trying to train two new subs who were definitely brats, so at first he was not quite doing it the right way. However after some time and some communication between them they work manage to make it work. There is a good amount of spanking and the use of a crop and other things in the story. At the end there is a nice HEA and I am sure you will be happy with the story and how everything turns out. Good Reading awaits you. -
To be honest, I didn't expect to like this book. From what I knew about Cross from the previous book I was expecting him to be a total asshole, but that didn't turn out to be the case. Again, I am happy that the male characters in this series are like real people and not billionaire gods. I also like that the female characters are very independent strong willed people who don't just get on their knees and do everything they are told. Now I have to get the next book in the series. :)
I received an email from amazon stating that this review could not be posted because of the word asshole. Seriously? I guess I will repost it with a less offensive word like jerk. :( -

So where do we start with "The Dom With The Perfect Brats"? Should we begin with Cross, the bada** Dom? Should we begin with Gemma, the tattooed bada** Brat? Should we begin with Izzy, the shy bi-sexual bada** Brat? How about we just combine it all into one and get to know Uber Dom Godfrey Cross and the woman who finally bring him to his knees?
I had such a fun time reading this book. What an appropriate name for Gemma; she was a real gem - the perfect brat that refused to let any man control her, answered Cross back every chance she could refused to admit that she could be bi-sexual or a submissive. She is a tattoo artist making her way in a man's world, on her terms. She doesn't believe in this D/s thing ... hell, she was engaged to a man that left her for a Dominatrix! She's not doing this BDSM thing again. EVER. Then why does the feel of the strap, cane, Cross' hand feel do good? And why does the thought of kissing Izzy make her feel all fuzzy and warm?
And, sweet, shy Isadora, our Australian cutie. She knows she's bi-sexual but can't do anything about it. She was shunned, bullied and eventually left home all because of it. She's destined to live her life checking off her bucket list and never finding true love. But one look at Gemma and she's toast. Then one look at Cross and she's butter on the toast, melting! But, like Gemma, she may be bi-sexual but she's not a submissive! Then why does she cream every time Cross give her an order? Why does she stand in the corner when she's told to?
Now, our sweet, loving Dom, Cross. Yea, right. Try domineering, strong-willed, Pro-Dom with rules, regulations, protocols, and an upbringing that rivals "Mommy Dearest". He has to convince both these woman that "vanilla" is not for them. That they are submissives and he is the Dom that will train them to be what he needs. Selfish much? He needs both of these woman in his life but he needs them to adhere to his way or the highway. He just doesn't know how Jude puts up with Q and Sabrina and their bratty ways. He'd never put up with the sassing, the defiance - submissives are supposed to be that - submissive - not bratty. He doesn't love his submissives. He trains them to be what he needs. Yes, he gives back to them but on his terms. Then why does he enjoy these two so much? Why does the thought of losing them take his breath away?
Cross finally gets his comeuppance and Jude, Q and Sabrina are there to watch him fall. They are there to listen to him, to guide him, to tell him everything that he is doing wrong in trying to keep Gemma and Izzy at his side. Well, Q is telling him everything ... Jude is laughing at him ... Sabrina is too worried about Q to worry about Cross and his problems. Aw, the loving family! Yes, family - Q has the baby - no spoilers - gotta read the book to see how that drama all plays out. But, it's cute watching Cross squirm and fall in love with Jude, Q's and Sabrina's little bundle of joy. It's what makes him realize just how much love he has inside of him and that there are more important things in life than protocol.
I can't say enough good about this book and the writings of these three ladies. How they actually brought Cross to his knees and opened him up to find and accept the love of Gemma and Izzy was beautiful. The BDSM scenes were unbelievable, well-written and precise. Yep, put me into sub-space more than once just reading it. My favorite scene was when Gemma finally realized that being "Vanilla" wasn't all that it was cracked up to be - when she finally opens up and tells both Izzy and Cross that something is missing in their relationship without BDSM in it. Ah, the love just pours out between the three of them and it's just mind-boggling. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the introduction of Malachi. Hot, tattoo artist ... another Dom with a wicked sense of humor. I can see wonderful things happening in the next book and another Dom brought to his knees by a woman or women - who knows! What I do know is that I am so looking forward to his story and revisiting with Jude, Q, Sabrina (and baby makes 4) ... Cross, Gemma and Izzy. Hmm, what did happen to that condom that Cross lost?
But, what really amazes me is how Leia, Cari and Sorcha come together as one and write such an exceptional book as a collaboration. Three different writing styles, three different authors - one amazing book! So, if you haven't read this series yet, do it, you won't be disappointed. They are all fun, loving, erotic and have an HEA that will have you in tears. The Dom With The Perfect Brats will have you reading with a smile on your face, wicked tingly feelings down below and a heart bursting with love.

Holy freaking cow!! I think I’m in love. Seriously where can I get me a Cross of my own ?!?!?! The Dom with the Perfect Brats is the third book in the Bada$$ Brats Series by Cari Silverwood, Leia Shaw & Sorcha Black. I couldn’t wait to read it because I love each of these authors individually and was jumping for joy to read a collaborative work from them. Now this may be the third book in the series but you can totally read it as a standalone, I did. However don’t let Ms. Silverwood know you did that your she might threaten to unfriend you on Facebook (LOL). But seriously on to the guts of this amazing book.
Cross is one macho hunk of man who wants the perfect sub. He is used to to his subs obeying his every command and being perfectly trained. Let’s just say that’s not what he gets with Gemma & Izzy. Gemma is a mouthy tattoo artist who is used to speaking her mind in her male run industry & it’s usually with just a bit of sarcasm. Izzy is a little more shy but when she and Gemma start getting together her bratty side comes to the light. These two will give Cross a run for his money and he will love every minute of it.
I would command my sub to go out and get this book right now. It is full of kinky fun and laughs. You’re sure to fall in love with it !
Now I’m off to read the first two books in the series to make up for my brattiness of reading this book without the others. Let’s hope Ms. Silverwood will forgive me.

So loving this series!!! This is my favorite of the series so far. I'm not normally a fan of f/f romances and have only ever really read less than a handfull to date. But there is just something about this book and especially this series that drew me to it and I have loved every second of the stories. There is so much love between the characters as well as laughter and tears and definitely some of the hottest kinky sex scenes that I have read!!! ;) But it is so much more than sex and 1 man with two women. I just love it and can't wait for more. Cross, Gemma and Izzy were so much fun to read and I look forward to reading more of them as well as Jude, Q, Sabrina and Zen in the next book. I am definitely a hug fan of these 3 authors after reading this series.
-
hmm loved it. hope to review later but right now I jus wanna jump to the next book in the series.
*update 2016: lol I did it again. What can I say i love these brats too much to stop and review. I just can't help myself from running for more. -
read.
review to follow shortly -
Cross owns the building where Malachi has his tattoo-shop. And he just hired a new artist, called Gemma....A very intriguing girl. One he’d like to know better.
But then Izzy comes in for her first tattoo. And he likes her too....What’s a Dom to do?
Good thing he has Jude and his girls to confide in.
And to make him think maybe he won’t have to choose between them.
But both girls think they’re vanilla, even though Izzy knows she’s bi.
Their reactions to him show differently,though....
Can he train them to be the subs he wants? And maybe keep them? Care about them? Permanently?
Gemma really likes Izzy, but not like that, right? She does know she looks at her differently than at other girls, but does that mean.....?
And Cross,he wants a perfect sub,and she knows that’ll never be her.....so why does that hurt?
She’s not into BDSM,is she?
Not after what her ex wanted her to do....
Izzy really likes Gemma, and the way she responds to her gives her hope.
That maybe this time it’ll work.
That maybe this time she’ll get the girl and is allowed to keep her.
Especially with Cross in the mix.
That man pushes buttons she didn’t know she had....
When Cross’ past puts the girls in danger,he realizes how deep his feelings for them are.
But they’re in danger because of him, which means.....
Can he work something out to get them home safely?
And do they still want him after they hear everything about his past?
These three had a rocky journey, but i am glad they found their happy place.
Malachi was not only a good boss, but a great friend as well, and i am curious as to where he will end up.... -
Another wonderful installment in the "Badass Brats" series- Sorcha, Leia, and Cari have done it again! Instead of Jude, Q, and Sabrina from the first two books of the series, we are focused on their friend Cross and two "vanilla" girls he meets- Gemma the tattoo artist and Izzy the aspiring romance writer. As with the 2 books, I enjoyed the chapters written by the 3 authors with each author writing from one character's perspective. The story moved at a breath-taking pace as Cross, Gemma, and Izzy figured out things about their sexuality, about themselves as Dominants, switch, and submissive. Such a lovely interplay in the sex/BDSM scenes as they learned what they wanted. I particularly enjoyed seeing Cross move away from this internalized stereotype of what "a Dom should be" to being the Dominant man that Gemma and Izzy needed. I found particularly poignant how all of them questioned if they could make a three-way relationship a permanent and successful thing.
The little pieces of Jude and his family where wonderful, especially them choosing Cross as the godfather of their daughter. I hope to see more of them in future books, as well as Cross and his "perfect brats." I look forward to the next installment in this series; I hope Leia, Cari, and Sorcha never get tired of these characters and their world of BDSM done their way- with plenty of love, laughter, and breaking out of stereotypes. -
"I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review"
The first two books in the Badass Brat series, The Dom with a Safeword & The Dom on the Naughty List you are introduced to Cross. The Dom with the Perfect Brats is Cross’s story. If you enjoy reading about a strong, all-consuming alpha male, that allows two brats to turn his world upside down; then pick this book up!
Cross struggles with the idea of why any Dom would tolerate bratty behavior from a sub/subs. He meets with to vanilla girls and is drawn to them and soon starts introducing them in BDSM. He quickly learns that they both have bratty sides. Cross finds he enjoys their antics and soon falls hard for both the bratty vanilla girls.
Gemma a tattoo artist that is new to town and looking for a position at the local tattoo parlor. She is a free thinker and doesn’t want a man that can’t treat her as an equal. Gemma soon finds out that submission is not handing complete control over her independence.
Izzy is an Australian that moved to the US in hopes that she could move on from her past and not be judge, for who she is, a bi-sexual woman who only wants to be accepted and loved.
Their love doesn’t fit into a nice little box but they make it work. I fell in love with all three of them and can’t wait to see what happens to them in future books! -
blown away !!!
love it that it's not just another sappy love story! you have all you need to make this an awesome book !!!
the characters are so good I didn't have a moment that comes up and you say "that doesn't make sense".
and if you already read something in the area of M/f/f this ain't your typical story. there are no two people that are the same and not every approach to the topic is the same. so reading one does NOT mean you guess what happens in the next book and I love it !!!
Izzy is funny as hell, an angel that has a secret brat to her. love Gemma and her struggle cause you can connect to the imperfections of being human and having ideals and struggling with trust. once burned you blow even when it's cold so I can totally respect the struggle and love the outcome even more.
Cross, you can see he's all tough, business and no-brats-allowed but ever since the first min with the girls you see the shell breaking ... hated his family situation but that gave the book a more realistic sense and it makes it more real, and let's face it you fall for Cross (they did it on purpose, they know we are suckers for it LOL)
loved the book !!! on to the next !!
Girls, keep them coming :) -
Okay I really enjoyed this book. It was funny, romantic at times, and moving. I'll probably re-read this one. I liked the first one but I think I like this one so much better. Why? The Dom. Cross is sooo much more my style than Jude.
Cross's insecurities that he overcomes and evolution as a Dom made me really connect and like him. As for the girls Izzy and Gemma, I really liked their dynamic with each other as well as the dynamic each of them share with Cross. Izzy's relationship with Cross is as unique as her relationship with Gemma. Gemma and Cross's relationship is equally different. Yet you believe and see them together as a "triple".
The problems that arise in being in a threesome were done eloquently and realistically.
The only two things that slightly bothered me was the facts that the "brats" aren't really all that bratty until the end. Confused, insecure, and submissive. Yes, but acting out to get attention or to be cute not so much. Then there is the relationship problems with his family that aren't really ever solved or come to a head. No pun intended.
All and all good read, hot sex, and some nice bratty moments. -
I received an ARC of this book for an honest review.
I will admit, that I was one of those people that was worried about reading this book because Jude, Q and Sabrina just totally grabbed my heart and attention. I didn't see any way that lightening could strike twice. Well, was I wrong! Cross, Gemma and Izzy didn't kick the others out of my heart, but they pushed them over a little and created their own little niche.
I love a tortured hero and Cross was all that and more. I loved how all three of them learned something about themselves and came to accept that compromise can work and what they want isn't wrong. It's a story about three people coming together and finding where they belong. At turns, it's sweet and funny and emotional and ridiculously sexy.
Leia Shaw, Sorcha Black and Cari Silverwood do an amazing job at creating a true and wonderful story. I can't wait to see that they have in store for more books in the series. Cause I know that they seem to create magic when they come together to write a book. -
Awesome, awesome, awesome love story. These three authors know how to write a love story complete with humor, angst, heartbreak, and true human flaws. In my mind, Cross is a study of a person who has closed himself off from the world and hurt and uses his dominant personality to heal or at least hide behind. Gemma, is somewhat similar to him but instead of closing down, she is totally defiant, loves physical pain, and runs from her emotional pain. And Izzy is a sweet, bi-sexual girl trying to deal with her sexuality and wants only to please and be loved by those she loves. These three warmed my heart and watching them grow was painful as well as emotionally satisfying. These three authors ALSO know how to write about kink. I was often left panting and aroused. I really liked this book, the way it was written and the way it ended. Kudos, ladies!!

CAUTION: THIS BOOK COULD POSSIBLY SET YOUR PANTIES ON FIRE
Another awesome book by Cari, Leia, and Sorcha. When these writers come together they produce wonderful books. As a fan of the Badass Brat series, this book was highly anticipated and it definitely didn't disappoint. Many were excited about Cross's story, and with good reason. If you like kinky stuff, you'll enjoy this book. It's sexy, funny, serious, and thrilling all in one. The Dom with the perfect brats will grab you, won't let go and then leave you wanting more. It was a great addition to the series and I look forward to the next book. -
great book, loved Cross, Izzy, and Gemma. Only thing I might have wanted was a bit more back story on the girls - we learned some about Izzy, and why she has issues with some of her relationships, but Gemma is still an unknown (some mention of her last relationship ending badly). Loved Cross, even with his uber Domy ways (he was yummy).
Seeing Jude, Sabrina, & Q was nice, and the birth of the baby (glad it did not take over the story of Cross and his girls) - nice warm touch, and what an outrageous name...but with Q as the mom I would expect nothing less then a noteworthy name...hahaha
I sure hope future books will have cameo's from the whole bunch, especially Cross

4.25 stars
First time reading these authors. I was blown away by the writing. For most of the book, I was impressed by the level of realism of how two newbies would react to being introduced into a world of kink. I could relate to both of the girls and I loved how the authors didn’t wave a magic wand over any of them to make it all happen overnight.
I know having Cross’ mother on the scene gives weight to his past and current headset but I felt it was a little overkill. Same feeling about the husband of the ex. It dipped a little for me from the 75% mark.
Overall, a really solid read. -
Man...there is something about a girl marking her man with a tattoo...
Haven't read much f/f that I have enjoyed. This series is fab. Yay girl power! -
Love this series and hope ther is more to come. BDSM with laughter again!!
-
Okay even though I love these guys and watch Cross grow they were a little bit too bratty. But overall I really enjoyed watching these three grow to love each other.
-
3.5 stars ~ Oh Cross, you were a frustrating hero, but it all worked out in the end.
-
I so did not see this one coming. This was pretty intense. Took a step to the dark side. I was biting my nails and gritting my teeth during parts of it. Intense and powerful! Great job! !!!!
-
I love Cross! and Izzie, Gemma not so much. Great story, hot sex...
-
First line: Gemma
The Ink Haven didn't look like much from the outside. -
When I met Cross in The Dom with a Safeword, I knew I needed to get his story! He's a Dom who is strict and sweet in his ways. Luckily, he meets Gemma and Izzy, two girls so vanilla that he isn't sure they'll work out. But as he introduced them into the BDSM ways, it begins clear that he has his work cut out for him. I liked the dynamics of their relationship, and it was fun watching Izzy and Gemma be ruled by this sexy Dom!
