So Inspiring for Young Black Boys

This book was so inspiring and amazing! I love the animations and how encouraging this book was, and I definitely recommend this for young black readers. I also loved that they had two separate books for black girls and black boys, and the inspiring black leaders, royalty, and change makers used as examples so that readers could learn more about them and look up to them.

I love the history and the current heroes in this powerfully affirming book. Children can read history and identify with names currently trending. I am so glad I got the opportunity to read this book and its companion for girls. Brittany, you rock!

    Powerful Reminders

Awesome book of affirmations and facts for little black boys. This book is great for everyone of different gender and races. I read this with my 4 year old son and he was smiling the entire time. We love the colorful illustrations and all of the characters, for the ones he was unsure of he asked about and I explained further. Highly recommend for parents and teachers every where. -S. Anozie
