When training ends, real life begins.

A stadium built to hold insane numbers of spectators.
Thousands of competitors.
Multiple matches every single day.
The qualifying tournament has begun.
I have to fight, day in, day out, all the way to the end, with only my natural talents and the women I love to help me.
And some of those I’m competing against will stop at NOTHING to see me fail.

Warning: Inspired by the Wuxia, Xianxia, and Cultivation stories of Asian mythology, the Champion series is an 18+ fantasy that contains nudity and sex scenes with multiple women, and a shit-ton of magical, martial-arts action.
If such things are not to your liking, you’re in the wrong place.

Tournament (Champion, #2) Reviews

    Rating 3.5 stars

Not as good as the first one. The first one had all training. Going from nothing to being good enough to join the competition. This one was the competition. The gap between the MC and the highest level opponents was just too big IMO. Most of these competitors had been training their whole lives. I just couldn't see how the MC could win with a little extra training during the few week tournament without some huge new mana technique being discovered. I am interested to see where this goes and wonder how many books are planned.

    A fun book.

Overall it was a fun read the pacing was very fast. The world building is starting and has a lot of room for advancement.

I was a bit leery of these books due to the lurid covers, but the writing balances the sexy bits well, or at least more the way I like them. That means I know the MC is getting some action, but not in excruciating detail.

There is tons of erotica and porn around, so you can find it if you want it. I'd be curious to know how many people who read books with chapter-long sex scenes actually read those entire sections in detail. I have however developed a good eye for when the actual story starts up again as I flip forward.

A tangent, so back to the point. Good martial arts fantasy books overall, but neither gamelit nor cultivation in case you need to classify it.

  • Joshua Kurtz

Read both books in this series back to back. Really enjoyed them grey story with tons of action. Love how Logan is still trying to unlock his full potential and how he sticks to his morals and scruples. Can’t wait for book 3..definitely worth the read

  • Michael Burnett

    Fun times

Again, just a seriously fun story. And sometimes all you really need is something fun to get you through the day.
