  The story definitely fit the title. This book had me shaking my head and laughing at this 76 yr old lady getting her groove on. She loved her some younger men. Ms. Vernita was one horny freak but at the same time she was losing her mind from her medications. I was happy when she finally got the proper help and started doing good. But the twist at the end was what had my jaw dropping when she revealed her secret to Alice about her fiance and Alice dropped a bomb on her about Venita's husband Clarence. Now that the unthinkable has happened to Ms Alice by Vernita, what will Ms Vernita do now. Can't wait to read part 2

  Vernita is my low key hero!!! She's done things in her seventies that I don't do in my thirties and have never done. Baby she is too hot to trot. Alice is wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong and wrong again because she violated Vernita continuously before she was ever the thot next door! I'm happy that Percy is out of her life because he was no good for her at all. Because of Alice's grimy betrayal, I hope she loses Lamar to Vernita. Lord who would have thought that trifling didn't have an age limit!

  This is my 1st book to read by this author, yes I should have chosen something other than this in his catalog. The cover throws me off with 2 boochie bears in the background and an older lady by face but a body that shows she works out. Could those sugary walls she bragged so much about really was yeast🥴since she had numerous sexual partners with no protection. Hard to imagine that age being so thotish but ayee if y'all rock with it, I'll roll to his next book just not this one.

  This book is out of control. Insane. Hilarious. Crude. Disturbing on so many levels, but you know what? I can’t get enough of Vernita. She is a train wreck and her adventures are so out there that I have to keep reading to see what happens next. It’s like she’s a Harry Potter wizard on a magical quest for orgasms lol. I won’t spoil this hot mess of a book too much but give it a chance. It’s an experience you will never forget.

  Old Thot Next Door started great. The story got straight to the point and was interesting. Then, just as quickly went down an unbelievable rabbit hole.
  
  It could do with a good proof read also. There are missing words and incorrect pronouns, just to name a few.
  
  If you want to try something different, this is definitely filled with some drama, but be warned, you will be questioning your sanity by the end of it.

  Though a bit ratchet, Quan Millz captured everything from the fear of aging and dying without really living as well as the effects of medicine and misdiagnosis. And the end...that really threw me for a loop. I cannot wait to read the next part of this story and definitely recommend to others.

  I would not normally read something like this... It is definitely not up my alley..... I must admit though that it is hilarious, however if stories like this are not for you, my advice is to stay far far away. You will regret it.
  I won't be reading the second part in the book as the story ended here for me.
