500 Chairs: Celebrating Traditional Innovative Designs Reviews
-
I've read a few books just like this one; however, this book had some chairs I had never seen/heard of before, so that was very exciting. I do wish there was more information about the chair paired with the photo, but that's merely preference.

This book featured two kinds of chairs—those that you can sit in and those just meant to be looked at. Some were beautiful. Some were clever. All were very different. I liked the book, I liked the chairs. I thought it a lot of fun. But unfortunately you lose something just looking at them in pictures. At an exhibit they probably would be far more impressive.
Although I wasn’t blown away by “500 Chairs”, it nevertheless deserved five stars.
