It was okay. I am ready to find out how everything unfolds
Giiiiiiiirrrrrrrllllllll!!!!!!!! I expected a cliffhanger I just didn't expect this big one. I'm now looking at Ry-Leigh like WTF. At first I wasn't feeling her sister Ranch now I'm side eyeing her like girl ain't that many secrets in the world. I really like Quannel and I really hope baby Trinity gets the help she needs -
This was a nice read... It read at a nice steady pace... There was some conflicting information... But not to much to where it would change the storyline... It started off nice and smooth then it began building up towards the end... Then it droped a big secret for the cliffhanger.. Now I am wondering what will happen moving forward...
Ry-Leigh was a wild one... I mean she was in her 20's and never had a job... Because she used men to finance everything she needed and wanted... But one night in Trinidad changed her life forever... She matured and decided to be an adult and finally get a job and stop looking at men as her personal ATM...
Quannel is that man... He went through a lot in life to finally get to where he is... He was is about his business... Then one night in Trinidad and things started to change a little bit in his life... Little did he know the impact of that one night would have on his life... I understand that he is a Billionaire and he has no idea who wants him for his money or for himself... So in order for him to find out he had to downplay hinself... And it worked... But now that he made his big reveal... What will he do with this information that has been laid at his feet...
Jevonte is Quannel's childhood friend and they do everything together... Everything that Quannel owns is a partnership with Jevonte... So these men are both Billionaires... But Jevonte has a wife and kids... Things look like they are going good with him... But just as quickly as it is going well... His household is shaken up because a bad judgment call on Jevonte's behalf...
Looks like both men now have an issue at their door that they need to handle... How will this all play put... Will these men win or lose in the end... Well about to start book 2 to find out... -
This is such a good story, I knew Trinity was Ry Leigh and Quannel baby. Ry Leigh changed her ways, grew up and was trying to do better with her life. Now, Quannel was and is a great guy but him finding out Trinity was his baby is gonna make Ry Leigh's life hard for awhile but I want to know how did she get her sister to go along with the plan. JeVonte and Sidone were so unhappy with each other but JeVonte in my opinion, did his wife wrong he felt because he made so much money that Sidone should be happy to just be a wife and mother. What happens to her goals? How long does she have to wait? Now, Ebony needs some hands thrown on her. Who was videoing them in the car? I pray Q and Ry Leigh gets on the right page. I think that was so good Ry Leigh grew out of her gold digging ways.
As bad as it was the way that Q got his money , he never changed he continued to grow, and he took his boy with him. I think Nichelle is gonna be a problem, I pray that DeVonte can get to the truth even though I hope Sidone gets her dream up and running, and I want them to be okay between the two. Great Job!!!! -
What a debut!
What a debut book!! That ending is explosive! Life knows how to humble a person and Ry-Leigh is the perfect example of this. Her and Quannel stumbles up on something great in Trinidad but getting it together in Miami is proving to be difficult. Hopefully things will turnaround in book two.
For Jevonte, he needs to learn how to be more supportive of Sidone. She can be a mom, wife, and have a career. He's darkening her light and going to mess around and let someone else come to her rescue. But Ebony!! I knew she was shiesty, so can't wait to see how she gets dealt with.
The story is different yet still have that urban fiction vibe. The characters are great but some can just kick rocks, e.g. Nichelle and Ebony. 😫🤣 Now bring on book two. -
Great Read
This book was good from beginning to end and what a ending. Enjoyed the storyline and these characters. I couldn't put it down. I really liked Ry-Leigh from being a baddie and carefree to maturing and know her worth as a Queen. I also like Quannel and Ry-Leigh together, and I like their chemistry. It's full of drama and secrets and I can't wait to see what happens next. Ebony, doesn't know who she's dealing with messing with Jevonte and his family. So whoever she's working with they better be prepared to deal with crazy self. I sure hope Trinity is alright and her name fits. Can't wait for PT2. Great job Candy Moore. -
It’s about to go down
That’s why you can’t say what happens somewhere stays somewhere because look at this! At first I thought that she was randi and jevonte daughter but then when quannel said she looked just like her auntie I know that was their baby! I guess because she made the mistake and had a one night stand and her sister always downing her that her sister took the baby as hers and left it alone! Now yes she was wrong for taking the ring but he should of known the reason behind taking the ring to be exact! But hunnie I can’t wait for part two and see what’s about to go down! -
Mic Drop
Rye-Leigh definitely dropped the mic on his ass. I love this book and the only reason I gave it four stars was because of the character names mix up. I feel so bad for Leigh and she has came along way from a year ago. I wonder why Randi is playing the mama role. I bet Quannel feeling mighty crazy right now. I hope he don't try to take Trinity but help her with the surgery. Ebony needs a beating. I do believe she got the game twisted because Jevonte bout to show her his street side. I can't wait to get my hands on part two.❤❤ -
Unbelievable
I can't believe you left is hanging like this. Sharde had a motive behind telling Q about the ring. I hope he does not fall for it. I felt earlier in the story Trinity belonged to My because of the attachment they had for one another and her sister was always her protector and her ways drastically changed when the came back from Trinidad.
Ebony lowdown sank, I hope she get what's coming to her and I hope Javonte is really listening to Sidone's wishes about her dteams instead of being selfish and discounting her wishes. -
Satisfied Reader
This is going to be a great storyline. Even yho there were errors i still liked the way this story is going. Will Quannel be able to forgive Ry-Leigh for withholding her secret. Ebony is going to be a problem. I really thought Jevonte was Trinity's dad cuz he's the cheeta. Will Jevonte and Sidone overcome their situation or jus depart. I need pt.2 to see where this goes -

This book was hard to put down, so I had to sit and read it all! Ry-Leigh character was everything. From her carefree spirit of being a baddie, to her mature spirit of being the Queen she should carry herself as, I enjoyed her! Quannel is a Godsend! I hate that his ex made him doubt women! Hopefully he has a forgiving heart! Can't wait for part 2 to see how he responds to the bombshell Leigh dropped on him! Great work C Moore -
The truth is out
Oh wow that explains why her name was trinity well since the cat out the bag now he can really help her I hope he can forgive her and help take care of his kid and ebony is something else jevonte better handle her so his wife can see what ebony really did and ry-leigh should let her sister and friend know whats going on so she can feel better about keeping the secret and be happy..can't wait to read the next part -

Wow.....I can't believe that Quannel really fired Ry'Liegh 😳, I mean I do get that she really technically steal Da Baby's ring but Trinity really needs this surgery. I had a feeling that Trinity was Ry'Liegh's child because what happened in Trinidad was a one night stand and a great one at that. I do hope he helps her out and hear what she has to say without dismissing her. Loved it 🧡 -

Oh my i knew that was her baby she know she was wrong bout the ring she should have did what she was suppose to do. I cant believe she acted like that wasnt her baby. I knew Ebony was a low down dirty chick Jevonte was just a pawn. I hope he make her pay for this. I cant wait for pt 2 ...

Candy you did the darn thing with this book...This book was so good. I love Quannel and Jevonte. Ebony needs to be dealt with. I wasn’t shocked by the ending I knew it and I’m glad about it. I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen. I can’t wait to read part 2..This is most definitely a must read!!! I highly recommend this book. -
I can't wait to read part 2. Omg who would of imagined a 1 night stand turn out to be Leigh dream man. Hlad she changed for the better. Q yes. But Jevonte need to quick being flashy and old famous. Jealous is bad thing when the think people old them something rather family or old Jealous friends. Glad Q and J have good Loyal true friendship brotherhood.

Some people are definitely crazy in the head. How Ebony didn’t think he took his marriage seriously. I knew who Trinity was from jump. Afresia mom needs to get her life. Q needs to be level headed and have an open mind. I can’t wait to read pt 2. -

Ry-Leigh and Quennel
Wow, this book was fiya. It had an unexpected ending. Without giving any spoilers, I kind of thought I knew who Trinity’s parents were and it was confirmed at the end. Ebony is real low- life for the mess she’s creating. I cannot wait for Part 2! -
