Top Secret Santa (Castle View Book 6) Reviews

Although I have not read any other books in the Castle View Romance series, I didn't feel lost, or missing out on anything in this book. This is a novella, a short story read that is perfect for the busy holiday season. I enjoyed reading as I met Noelle, a Christmas elf and Chris who steps up at the last minute to play Santa. I felt this story had the feel of a Hallmark movie. Being a novella, I could take a few minutes, put my feet up and get lost in a holiday read. I hope you will too. I was given this cute read by the author, all opinions are my own.

Although I’m usually not a big reader of straight up romance novels, I was immediately drawn into Noelle and Chris’ novella. A quick read and a nice introduction to Lynn Collins/Lynn Cahoon’s Castle View series I’d been unaware of until I received it from the author I immediately had to check out this other persona of one of my favorite cozy mystery authors. I highly recommend that you give this one a shot to get in the Christmas spirit!

Noelle meets Chris during her dinner break at the mall. He helps at Santa’s workshop and makes his way into Noelle’s heart. I would have enjoyed a slightly longer story it this is a sweet novella that does Lynn Collins credit.

I loved this novella. The main character's name was perfect. This is great story to read to take a break from the busy holiday season. It is not wordy with a lot of description. It gets down to the point. A book set at Christmas is always a good idea.
