    A stress reducing activity

    I don't think the bedtime stories are really for adults. It can be for children, too. The storybook is a little bit bland and rushed. Some stories are not engaging and it's a book that I don't think of reading twice. The author suggest to reread book again to gain a different perspective, but nah! Some kid storybooks are much more lively than the stories here. I still will give it a four star rating because author made an effort to put 19 stories in the book and maybe, it can be still an interesting read for others

    The collection of stories are different than anything I've read. They read as if for a child but perhaps that's just me. I'm a writer myself so I read as if I'm critiquing. It didn't help me sleep but I did get a boost of inspiration.
