This was quite different from what I normally read but after reading a pretty heavy book I wanted something light hearted.
It kind of pulled at your heart strings. Some funny eccentric characters who you warmed to (especially Sunshine and if you read the book you will understand why) The humour in the book reaches a crescendo in the last few chapters especially around Bombers memorial service.
Love and relationships and lost things found One for a holiday read 😀 -
I simply cannot get enough of this author! Her ability to portray her character's thoughts and feelings is extraordinary. I feel what they are feeling and what I don't yet know......can't wait to discover. Her stories pull at the heartstrings, but with enough underlying humour so as lift your spirits. Well done Ruth x
