Writers' \u0026 Artists' Yearbook 2021 (Writers' and Artists') Reviews

  • Rose Williams

The ultimate guide to creative writing and publishing. Not only was there an article for every question I could ask about the writing and publishing processes (and illustration if thats what you are looking for) but the listings give you all of the information and contact details you could possibly need for taking your next steps: from finding an agent to marketing your own self-published novel. I have returned to this yearbook again and again and every time I find something new. There is also something uniquely inspiring and comforting about getting advice straight from a favourite author, as if they are passing the pen from them to you!

I buy this book every year, as a writer I find them very useful especially as things are constantly changing. If you are doing a writers course or you are a writer yourself this is a good book to have on your book shelf it keeps you up dated with publications and who publishes what in this very competitive world.

  • Christopher Hogben

Very useful for authors, playwrights, poets - not great for screenwriting.

  • Katherine

Extremely helpful for authors and editors alike. The ebook version is also searchable which is a huge time-saver.

  • Susan

Extremely useful guide to getting published - I have a lot more work to do. Very useful articles, tips and pointers, as well as directory of useful contacts.
