Cruel Intentions is the 2nd book in the Kings of Hawk Academy and is told from Trent’s POV. Each book in series was told by a different POV. Most times that means that the story and all the events takes place during the same time frame and only the POV is different but this series has each POV with only some of the same events explains how Trent felt and the way he saw what was going on but it also progressed the story. Trent’s POV was short and intense. So many things happened and seeing things from his perspective answered some of the questions I had from Bad Intentions. I can’t wait to see what happens and to see things from James’ perspective. Bad Intentions can’t be read as a stand alone as it goes over some past history and without Vicky’s POV things won’t make sense. I highly suggest that you read the series in order to get the best possible experience. I loved all of the books.

This book is from Trent's pov. After Trent, James and Vicki are interrupted by Hawk. Who turned out to be Vicki's dad at the end of book 1. We see him struggle to work through things hes found out, his growing feelings for Vicki and also the fact that James has fallen out with him and keeps disappearing.
In this book we get to see Trent and Vicki get closer and lead to some hot action whilst the story also comes through with many twists to end the book leaving you wanting more. -
Loved new POV
I love how this book is told from the POV of Trent. We learn all his deep dark secrets and why he is the way he is. I love diving into the thoughts of other characters and this achieved that. -
Wounded souls. Twins, Trent and James are the “Kings” of the academy. They do what they want and get away with it and they have slept with many many girls. Now that they have slept with the new girl they find out she is secretly the daughter of the step-dad, and she never knew either. Trent and James have a messed up past regarding their biological dad and their mom. When Trent finds out Vikki had a bad past also, he feels even closer to her. But James keeps disappearing for days at a time and they are usually always together. And Vikki saw someone in her room and she got scared.
