This was a great book to read on July 4, sipping a beer as my ribs were smoking away. It's got everything one needs to know, in a nutshell, about smoking the best ribs ever. Highly recommended for grilling/smoking novices for valuable information to help shorten the learning curve and for experienced pitmasters for pure enjoyment as well as a refresher course of tips and recipes.
