Global Vegetarian Cooking: Quick and Easy Recipes from around the World Reviews

The joy of cookbooks is that they don't take very long to read (unless they're written by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
This one by Troth Wells had a number of very interesting recipes, including one for an onion soup which I intend to cook at the weekend. Also gained some interesting ideas on things to do with cabbage. -
Indispensable! My kitchen will never be boring with these exotic recipes. Mostly love the African recipes and the recipes from obscure parts of the world. Definitely check this out if you're a vegetarian and love world cultures. Everything I've made from here thus far has been amazingly delicious. This book will take you and your kitchen on a world tour.

Simple, lovely recipes that are generally tasty and healthy. No 20 ingredient lists or really odd ingredient recipes. Simple, basic, delicious, but not typical or pedestrian. A unique vegetarian cookbook.

Good premise, although I have to confess I've only enjoyed about half of the dishes I've made. The variety and color in this book is good, though!

I'm trying most of these recipes! always looking for healthy meals.

This cookbook served me well for many years but I am vegan now and no longer find it as useful.
