WEAPON PLUS: MAN-SLAUGHTER Reviews

This volume collects three Weapon+ one-shots, two of which have already been collected elsewhere. They were all enjoyable enough but mostly felt very derivative of other works. The Weapon IV one-shot, especially, was almost a straight swipe of 'Annihilation' (the novel/movie, not the Marvel crossover event). The attempt to make Brute Force grim 'n' gritty was hilarious, though, and the artwork was mostly of a high standard.

Some of the weirder tie-ins to the Marvel world. Interesting, but not much more than wikipedia footnotes.
