An emotional read!
Being pushed over, injured and all the stress and emotional struggle was taking a toll on Max. Physical and emotional abused, being controlled and he knows were to find her. Running away was her only option and now nobody knows where she is. The Pulse Pack has no clue where to look. There is no indication where Sadie is located. Is he holding her captive? Is she still alive? The quest is exhausting but nobody wants to give up. This sequel wasn’t only drama. It has it’s share of love, steamy stuff, new friendship and laughter. I really loved the surprising ending. Some parts of this story were difficult for me to read and I wanted to close the book. I didn't. Despite everything I wanted to find out what happened. Now I'm glad I keep on reading. I highly recommend this series. -
Awesome story!
The second book in this series really blew me away. The continuing story of Max and Sadie. I found this book well written with a very intriguing story line. This book might have triggers for some , but I found the way they were written made the story real. Highly recommend both books in this series. -
Interesting!
This book was an interesting sequel. I enjoyed the story quite a bit, but the errors that were missed in editing were aggravating after several repeated mistakes. The one that stands out the most is that dodging taxes called is tax "evasion", not tax invasion. -
