And you know the funny thing?
I barely even care.
I’m numb.
You see, I’ve already lost everything.
When you’re doing something you love, you never think that it could be the last time. That someone might take your life from you and leave you stranded on a planet where most of the locals are out to get you.
Now I’m lying here, far from home, bleeding out in a trap built for a huge beast that could show up at any second and eat me.
Which isn’t quite how I pictured my death...
But an alien warrior has found me instead. He says he can help me. Unfortunately, on this planet, I’ve heard that before. And it's never boded well for me.
He’s huge, arrogant, and he’s got muscles in all the right places. Even a dying woman can appreciate the view when he takes off his shirt to keep me warm.
I don’t know if I even have it in me to save myself at this point, but two women are counting on me to get back to them with help.
Can I trust the alien warrior to save us? And while he’s saving my life, can he make me feel something… anything other than hopelessness?
Saved by the Alien Warrior is book three of the Warriors of Agron series, and it's a full-length romance with no cliffhanger and a guaranteed HEA. While this is a standalone, you'll enjoy it much more if you start with Taken by the Alien Warrior.
If you like hot, dominant aliens, kick-ass heroines, and steamy romance, you'll love Warriors of Agron- Hope Hart's new sci-fi romance series.

Quick(ish) Review
Another solid entry in this series. The story is engaging, I want to know more about the other women kidnapped from Earth and I enjoyed the chemistry between Zarix and Beth. Considering the start of this series, it has quickly made up for that bit of a stumble. The only thing I can see as being an issue is the casual comments about how thin the heroine is, but considering she is a ballerina, I feel it tracks with the character. Weight is always a sensitive issue, though so your mileage may vary with this. All I know is I can’t wait for the next book to come out. -
Awesomeness!!
Love these aliens and how they kick butt!! Can’t wait to see more of them find some happiness in their life. Ready to read the next in the series!! -
I absolutely loved the first two stories. But, this one touched me.
I felt the intensity when the battle was about to start. I was shocked at how gripped I was by the battle. When Razik’s Warriors arrived and the Female Warrior slid down the Mishua I heard the Lone Ranger’s theme song playing in my head… Awesome!
And, the way Zarix begged Beth to stay with him melted my heart. It was so very human (a.k.a. Non Alien).
I did have one complaint about this story. The book was only a couple of hundred pages long, so I wish the author had given the story just a bit more flirty and sexual innuendos to increase the attraction before the couple hit the furs. To me it just felt rushed.
And, now we have a Dancing Warrior… You just can’t keep an Earth Girl Down, not when she knows a Grand Battement… Onto book 4. -
Omg! This was so, so good! I enjoyed it even more than the last one, which says a lot!
Zarix is the perfect grumpy hero, and Beth is sweet and loving without being a pushover. Actually, I found her kickass, and I loved her how her ballerina skills made her tough.
And holy shit, the battle scene at the end had me chewing all my nails off. Did not expect that!
If you are looking for an exciting & smutty read with some hot barbarian aliens, look no further. This series is rocking my socks so far, and I'm about to dive into the next one.
Fyi, I found the first book a little less exciting than the next two, but the stories all overlap and it's totally worth starting at the beginning. -
I was so so on the romance in this one, Beth and Zarix were a bit meh.... I found I was more interesting in Beth finding the other women and talking to them, along with the larger story arc of the bad aliens banding together going after the good aliens. I found it interesting just who was allying with the bad aliens.
-
I didn't care for Beth. She was a ballerina on Earth and seemed a little too worried about her weight for most of the book.
-
So dang good
I am in absolute love with this series. Another solid book with a spectacular story line and even better characters. Bravo! -
Wow, this one was better than I expected! It's a literary rollercoaster ride that is hard to put down. I stated up all night to read through it, I just couldn't put it down. Beth is a freaking ballerina but she's amped up like 1000%, which was awesome. The only thing that bugged me, and it was intentional, I know, was her alien dude and his 'I'm not worthy" mindset. It got old after a minute. It's a terrific book, intense with a lot of unexpected action, I mean, she's a freaking ballerina survivor, for gosh sakes, lol. I loved it, you should read it, it's absolutely my favorite one in this series right now!

In the beginning, I really didn't feel the romance with this one. Maybe I just loved Nevada's story too much..
Zarix was pretty cold and lacked personality most of the book. Towards the end, he definitely warmed up. The dance studio was a very sweet gesture.... Beth had more of a backbone than Ellie which was good but she was missing some brains...
Beth demanded that Zarix take her on his journeys/battles because she thought it will lead her to her friends. This would have been fine if she was trained in fighting or at least at full strength but she wasn't. She was a ballerina with a critically injured leg who almost passed out from pain several times. She had to walk with a cane or crutches and was in constant agony It was selfish to put Zarix at risk to ease her guilt of escaping. And, Zarix was a dumb ass for taking her!
The last battle scene was awesome! Action packed. At least this time, Beth was somewhat prepared. She trained with a crossbow and just had a bad limp. I did love how Nevada and Rakiz saved the day- showing up with troops and explosives. Yay!!! Nevada always makes me laugh. It was nice to see Beth and Javir fight the Violdi at the end - not be just a liabilities. But.... what happened to Zarix's father?!? No details were given. I assumed he was killed with the other traitors.
I liked Javir alot- that blood thirsty, yet innocent in his own way, kid. He was cute and extremely protective. I would like to see how he is when he grows up.
I did not see Perik's betrayal coming. I wish I could have learned more about why he did it. I also liked Tazo's character a lot. I hope a future book is about him -
Absolutely 5 stars!!
This book was amazing and these books just get more amazing as the series goes on! I loved Beth and her warriors story. I can’t say enough about how interesting the stories are and how different each woman and each warrior is but it also goes to show you that love can conquer all. That all you need is a little shove and some chemistry and boom! There was one part though that was really glossed over that could have been used to pull more story and tie up loose ends for our warrior but that avenue wasn’t used. It was just swept under the rug and that was kind of disappointing. I don’t want to say without giving away a spoiler but to those that will read the book and to those that have read it you will know the part that I’m referring to. If you don’t, then you’re slow on the uptake lol. But other than that this was a great read! Cant wait to read the others! -
4&1\2terrific 🌟's this series is soo good💖
I really like this series so much more than her first one. It was good but there is something about these Warriors of Agron that is deliciously compelling. The the Alpha male strength and and sense of protection and the fierce these men truly love their women that I've come to enjoy. I also really like the female characters. Each one is so different with their own strengths and weaknesses and they seem to be the perfect compliment to the makes hero's of each of the books. Beth was a prima ballerina was she was abducted by Aliens and sold at auction. After crash landing on a strange planet and then once again being taken by hostile local tribes. She kills one of her captors and males a mad dash for help to save the others. It takes years of training, dicipline and pain to become a world class ballerina and Beth out all her skills, mental strength and ability to deal with pain to good use in this book. Zarix is a Braxian warrior of another tribe. He's on the hunt to kill as many of the evil Voildi as possible when he stumbles on to a captured Beth. When she escaped she got her leg caught in a trap and she as unable to move. Zarix is a war hardened protector and warrior. He's serious, grumpy and drop dead sexy! Beth turned out to be a delicate beautiful woman with a heart of steel and fierce determination and loyalty. As their adventure begins danger is everywhere passion explodes and love heals both of them . This series is well worth the read! -
Beth and other human women were kidnapped from Earth by the Grivath, then sold on a slave planet, and finally the ship they are on crashes. After the crash, all of the human women were trapped in a cage on the ship. The Voildi showed up and killed the surviving purple aliens who had bought them before the crash. The new group led by Karok then started a long walk to their camp. The women were in bad shape, some injured, most barefoot. As they stopped to rest a moment, three 7-foot-tall aliens with scales jumped out and fought, grabbing the women and carrying them through the forest. Beth, Zoey, and Ivy are the three they captured. But these Voildi are not in loincloths. They are clothed. They gag the women and continue on their way to their camp.
The women decide that they cannot all escape; but if one of them can get away, they should get help and not stay behind for the other two. Surprisingly, Beth does escape but she ends up bleeding in a trap. Zarix, a Braxian, saves her life. But she promised help for Zoey and Ivy and intends to go back for them, even if she has to do it alone. Will Zarix help her?
The author does a good job describing the landscape and interactions with aliens. It gives the reader a good idea of what the women are going through and what they have to overcome. Grab your copy and see what will happen, especially as the three captives learn that they could be the main course for dinner if the leader hadn’t had other plans for them! -
A prima ballerina with her leg caught in a vicious trap. A seven foot alien loner on the hunt. A child with vengeance on his mind, and packs of man-eating aliens plotting to destroy the Braxian race. If you want high drama and high steam then you need to read Saved by the Alien Warrior. Beth was on the cusp of realising her entire life's ambitions when she was abducted from earth by aliens. Now she's stranded on a planet, lost and alone after killing one of her captors. Zarix finds her but doesn't want the responsibility.
He's failed to protect a female in the past and so lives his life alone. He hunts for his tribe and works to keep them safe, but doesn't want or need any further emotional entanglements. However he's always looking out for others and won't abandon Beth. He wants to get her to safety but she refuses to abandon her search for the women who are still being held captive by the evil Voildi.
I loved this book. Zarix is all kinds of grumpy in the best possible ways, and Beth's fortitude and determination in the face of horrific injuries is inspirational. Plus once she gets hold of a crossbow, things start to get really interesting. Their journey throughout the book is mythic, and when they finally get to raise the alarm about the Voildi's plans, the battle is Lord of the Rings meets Wonder woman, meets Vasquez from Aliens.
This book is action-packed, emotional, steamy and a roller-coaster of a ride you won't want to get off. I absolutely loved it! -
Who knew color-changing scales could be sexy?
This book was relatable for me. I love to run, but was injured a few years ago and was forced to stop. I miss it to this day. Beth's worry about losing her ability to dance and her career as well, is both a valid concern and gut-wrenching. However, she comes to grips with her fears and learns to love something more than she does dancing, Zarix, the Braxian who saved her from dying in a hunter's trap. She's then there for him during the siege on a neighboring Braxian camp, when he runs into someone he never expected to see again and he has to fight those he thought of as brothers.
This is not the first book of Hope Hart's that I've read and it won't be the last. If you haven't read any of her books, I suggest starting with The Arcav King's Mate which is the Arcav Alien Invasion series or if you want to start with this series you can just start with Taken by the Alien Warrior which is book one of the Warriors of Agron. You can very easily start with Warriors of Agron books without having to read all of the Arcav books first. I'm actually working through the Agron books first myself, but I'm going to go back to the Arcav books and read those as well. -
Beth's story... Unexpected turns and delights...
I wasn't expecting Beth's story to be next. Previously we've had Ellie and Nevada's stories, and given Alexis was rescued with them when the abducted humans were separated, and Nevada helped rescue Zoey in the previous story, I thought one of the characters we had spent more time with would come next... but honestly, in every way, this story worked, and felt perfectly timed, in large part because Beth, and her Alien rescuer, Zarix, introduced us to a lot of what is going on between the tribes and species on this planet.
A lot of series do their major world building in the first story, and coast on what they've established, but this series continues to grow and expand out understanding of the world, and it's complexities.
Javir is an adorable highlight of the story, and Beth's career as a ballerina is used beautifully for a don't judge a book by its cover thread, as well as a reminder that strength comes in a variety of forms.
This is a delightful, done in one Kindle Unlimited quick read. -
It's getting good!!!!

Beth has had it rough the last couple of days. Abducted from earth sold at auction and now she is bleeding out in a trap. That is how she is going to die. Zarix is just who Beth needed.
This is book 3 in this new series by Hope Hart. This book is a continuation of books 1 and 2 just a new couple. So I recommend starting with book 1.

So here we continue the series with Zarix and Beth's story. So we know that that a group of women crashed and now Beth is one of the ladies that was taken by the bad guys. She has to get the courage up to escape and try and find help for the other girls. So we get action, we are on the run and trying to stay alive. Luckily Zarix is to the rescue. Dang is he a broody man. He is a loner but if you asked for his help he would be there. We find out a lot about these two as the story gets further into it. There are a lot of feelings. The attraction is there for them and it there are moments that question everything. Can Zarix show Beth that she will be loved and not to leave. Can she find love with Zarix? Will she get a happily ever after? Check it out to see how this all ends for these two.

Kindle. Characters background was dropped sporadically and didn’t really add the the story just felt thrown in to try and make character more rounded. Definitely tried to make the relationship something that it wasn’t so quick with barely any interaction for depth. It says it can read as a stand-alone but you feel like you are missing information since I skipped over first two books. It wasn’t exactly good but it was entertaining and mindless that I would probably read another book from this series if I was in the mood.

Love These Books
I discovered Hope Hart through her Arcav series. These books are related and just as good. They are standalone but I think will be more enjoyable if read in order, and there are events mentioned in more than one book. I love alien romances where the women are strong, the guys are alpha but not jerks, and there is humor and great dialogue. Ms. Hart continues to write what I love to read. Thank you. -
Good
Enjoyed. He is a broody male that can’t help but smile around her. She finds him fascinating & loves to see him smile. He is a male that takes responsibility to a next level so doesn’t want her around him, can’t take the risk that he won’t be able to protect her. She has had only ballet to focus on & that’s been her life but this gruff alien calls to her & it hurts to think of a life without him. Really sweet story -
I think this was my favorite one so far!
I liked how Zavir’s backstory explained his feelings and actions of not feeling good enough/wanting to protect people.
I do think certain things could be more fleshed out in this series as a whole, but this one felt the most complete to me so far, maybe because of the action of the battle at the end.
Also when he built her a dance studio? Super cute. -
Must read
Beth is kidnapped and sold them she is shipwrecked on a alien planet, along with other women. They are rescued by aliens that are not what they seem. Then others try to help. Xerox finds Beth in a trap hurt and bleeding. He frees her, takes her to a healer. Will they fall in love? -
The third book in the Warriors of Agron series a well written story that kept me turning pages. This series just gets better with each new book. Beth and Zarix’s story there is suspense, drama, danger, abduction, war, villains, twists, turns, and romance. I want to read the next book. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
