After an accidental encounter with “the Marys”, a more deliberate pursuit of the Divine Feminine was inevitable. Sue visits over 40 sacred sites through England, Scotland, Wales and France on a pilgrimage exploring self, soul, and sacred alike. Beginning in delight, the journey into her soul turned both dark and enlightening, magical and painful. Embarking on a spiritual quest has deep and profound consequences. ‘The Deliberate Mary Pilgrimage’ introduces you to the ‘thin places’ where the veil between this realm and the next is more subtle; to the truth and legends of Mary Magdalene, and the lives and hardships of many women Saints; and through the author’s ‘dark night of the soul’, a descent into madness, and a gradual transformation to a whole new spiritual landscape.

The Deliberate Mary Pilgrimage Reviews

This is basically a record of the places the author visited that were spiritual in nature. She visited a lot of places in a lot of countries and it's interesting to read her feelings she had at the different places. There's also a lot of really pretty photographs she took showing the insides of various churches, etc.
It is not, though, a book that is primarily about Mary Magdalene per se.
