Rusty Wilson's Montana Bigfoot Campfire Stories (Rusty Wilson's Bigfoot Campfire Stories) Reviews

Rusty Wilson’s collection of witnesses’ stories of Bigfoot encounters are all entertaining. I wonder how he was able to meet so many witnesses and get them to share their stories with him. For this Montana edition, there were two stories by witness whose reluctance to keep or show evidence made this less enjoyable for me than his other books.

One of the best
I'd recommend this book to anyone even slightly interested in Bigfoot. It's outstanding. The stories are longer in length than usual and quite fascinating. -
Awesome book, some great stories here that I have never heard of before...including finding possible Bigfoot bones and a science experiment gone awry. Can't wait to read his other books. AND thank goodness it was well edited!

Bigfoot Tales in the State of Montana- Excellent Collection
The king of Bigfoot tales returns with another collection of encounter stories, this group focused on the state of Montana. Rusty's stories are different than others you may have read. They are heartwarming, heartbreaking and frightening. They are related in the voice of the witness and the imagery and intimacy make you feel like you are right there with them. Rusty gathers these wonderful tales from his fly-fishing customers who have often not felt comfortable sharing them with anyone else. Never mind the sample, just click but or download, you won't regret it. The caliber of the tales is such that they will be read more than once. I have all of his books and he can't write them fast enough. Another excellent collection of stories that will stay with you long after the book is finished. Richard Henzel handles the wonderful narration with his authentic storyteller voice. -
For some reason, my Kindle believes I want to read bigfoot stories.
I guess it has come by this honestly. Earlier this year, I read Max Brooks' latest novel, Devolution, and then one night on a whim, I downloaded a KindleUnlimited book about bigfoot. Now, though, my Kindle is constantly pushing bigfoot books at me.
I've decided to see how deep the rabbit hole goes on this.
There were some good stories in this one and I like Rusty's very conversational writing style. It really fits with this book. Some stories rambled a bit too long and stretched my "willing suspension of disbelief" a bit too much, but others really gave me the creeps.
A great October read! -
