Philosophy
This book is more a light overview of the philosophy of psychic protection than an applicable guide on how to do anything. If you want some philosophy and self help this book is for you. If you want a how to guide, you are out of luck. The author advises doing the LBRP along with the banishing hexagram but provides zero instruction on either.
This book had a lot of points where the author tells you to read a different book of his rather than explain or expound on things. If I were a beginner looking for exercises or other applicable information, this book would have been a disappointment. As it is it is interesting enough but that’s about it. -
