American Terrorist #1 Reviews

Interesting idea. Just the whole teacher sequence, with the hats, was actually jarring with the rest of the book. It felt really off and wrong. It shouldn't matter to that teacher who gets what hat.

It felt forced in a way, like it was too heavily pushing political agendas instead of just telling a story. Maybe the later issues will be better, but I have a lot of other stuff to read. Maybe I’ll get back to this in the future at some point, but probably not.

This seemed okay, but felt really heavy-handed. There were some attempts to really flesh characters out, so it could be a good series, but the first issue seemed to more be a pastiche of scenes trying to set up for something bigger later than an actual story.
