  This is an interesting book and a good read for spiritual seekers.
  It describes six sadhanas that can be practiced and absorbed say during meditation. These sadhanas are revelations about the different aspects of the Self. Like infinitude, life force, universal energy, soul, bliss, faith.
  Most of them are derived from the Chandogya Upanishad and for good reasons.
  The book derived from the guidance of Sri Aurobindo Swami also is more embracing of all aspects of the spiritual philosophies than signing up for any single view.
  It's not a free flowing read and becomes easier upon second reading of each section.
  I would recommend it.
